So, for his $119 service call charge to come by for initial analysis plus the part and return service call for also $119, I had a fully restored 85" TV for about $570, vs the cost of replacement TV for about $1800. Joe definitely knows what he is doing and is a true professional. I'd recommend him to any family member or friend.
