They came early to set up and served us wine while we were celebrating and were so attentive during the whole dinner. Chef Emily and Chef Rebecca were made us feel pampered and made one of the most delicious dinners I've had in a long time! The Beef Bus was parked outside of their new Orlando location (about 30 mins from where we were staying). They were there only two days with limited serving time slots. They were so popular that when we went the first time during their 1-3pm slot, my husband was turned away after selling out before 2:45pm. I then returned for the 4-6pm slot, determined to get my husband his favorite hometown meal that he had not had in years, and arrived at 4:45 to find that they may not have enough food AGAIN. I was distraught because my husband had his heart set on his italian beef that was so nostalgic to him. The GM of the bus, Erica, remembered turning my husband away the first time and knew this was our last chance before we would both part ways. She then made sure that I had at least one sandwich to take home with me, despite the businesses of her day. I was so grateful to her and how a GM in the food biz could take the time to notice me and my chicago home-hearted spouse. Thank you so much, Erica!!

It was generously portioned - the chicken was seasoned well, cooked perfectly, nice and juicy. Also plenty of lettuce, and just the right amount of dressing. The fries were thin, and crispy, which is just how I like them (they also had sour cream to dip them in!) My husband ordered the parfait, which was also very generously portioned, with fresh fruit, and candied nuts on top, which he really enjoyed. My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and rented out the Teocalli King Room. The sheets and bathrobes were nice, and the stand-in shower was excellent. It was quite cozy with plenty of room, storage space, and amenities to make it as comfortable of a stay as possible. Not to mention the direct access to the hot tub was a plus, which was a great addition. The host, Chris, is a superb cook and prepares a high-quality breakfast every morning of a variety of delicacies. I'm not even a fan of eggs but his Southwestern frittata has made me a believer now. He's very attentive to allergies as well and will always do his best to accommodate. My wife has a severe gluten allergy and he was always sure to supply a substitute. The only other thing he hosted regularly was beer tastings at 5, which we were unable to attend due to our plans, but he does have a nice selection of brews stored for it. The views from the B&B are great and it's located just a short walk from Elk Ave, where you'll find all the main shops and restaurants. Even closer is the bus stop that'll take you up the mountain. Overall, I cannot recommend Purple Mountain B&B for your stay. For the price point, the amenities, and level of service you're getting, it can't be beat. Definitely staying here again when we come back some day.

Every morning at breakfast he cooks something delicious and lets everyone know what is going on around town that day and can provide good suggestions on hikes/trails and also on restaurants. We stayed in the Crested Butte room which was cozy and reasonably priced; also took the cruiser bikes for a spin around town that are provided for our use. We LOVED our stay and absolutely will return the next time we head to Crested Butte.

The front desk clerk was very friendly, the room was super clean, the wifi wasn't slow, the bed was comfy, their breakfast was good (waffles, sausage egg biscuits, yogurt, oatmeal, bagels, toast, danishes, muffins etc.) and the hot water in the shower stayed constant. My only complaint was the heater/air unit. It was either really cold or hot. But overall this wasn't a big deal. We liked it so much we decided to stay here again on our return drive from Telluride to Denver.

The hotel is dog friendly, which can be a bit annoying since they don't seem to have any rule against leaving the dog. We stopped back for a bit around dinner time and there were dogs in two adjacent rooms constantly barking at each other.
