Passing through Gunnison decided to stop here for lunch always craving Mediterranean food! This place was packed when we got there super busy so we both ordered do you OG pita which has lamb so I think he sauce onions tomatoes in a really tasty pita. Audrey was a one woman show running the bar in helping to serve food couple cooks in the back getting the goods out to the customers. I was surprised to see that they have a full on bar here which is a bonus if you'd like to drink at lunchtime. The food was so good I kind of forgot to take a picture until it was almost demolished. Originally we wanted to try a different place but it was closed so we ended up here. They do have few clearly marked vegan options. There is no clear direction what to do when you get inside so we were didn't know what to do for sometime until finally we got someone's attention and she explained that you order at the counter, take a number and they bring you food. I got half size Thai Curry with added teriyaki tofu, my husband got the chicken pita with fries. Food took about 20 minutes to be ready. The pita was ok, chicken definetly needed more flavor. They have a complimentary bottles of hot sauce so that did help. The fries were amazing, they have curly fries which are not very common but delicious! Portion was large. My curry was also good, the tofu had a nice flavor and it was crispy. I was glad I got the half portion as it was huge and I took some home. The service was ok. The place has a cool vibe and a nice outdoor patio so you can enjoy your food al fresco. read more

Stopped here for lunch as we began our three day stay in CB. Attracted by the outdoor seating, turns out he food is simple and good, and the draft beer excellent. Glad this spot is here - quick service and yummy food! You order at the register and they give you a number for you while you wait or you can grab a table and eat there. Seating available inside and outside. They also have a small bar you can sit at too! Yummy food! I definitely recommend for a quick and casual lunch. The pitas were delicious. We ordered the OG, Falafel, and Grilled Chicken Pitas and the Thai and Bombay Rice Bowls. My Bombay bowl was underwhelming, but still good. The thai bowl was scrumptious. All the pitas were to die for. The only thing I didn't appreciate was the outdoor seating. Stopped here based in the reviews and it was a great choice. We ordered the lamb giros with a side if sweet potato fries and onion rings. The food was so good i forgot to take pictures :-) Audrey met us at the door with a smile and tons of energy. Great service even when I messed up the transaction. She took care of us and everyone in the place with a smile. Plenty of parking but I bet it does get crowded. Highly recommend! I ordered the veggie tofu pita, and it was not good. The tofu was dry, not seasoned well and overcooked. I took 2 bites and had to throw the rest out it was that bad. The cook needs to understand how to cook tofu, that was one of the worse tofu I've eaten. The atmosphere was definitely good, hope the beer is better than the food. The hostess at the front was great and very friendly. I read some of the reviews and was excited to give it a try, was very disappointed. read more

If they were being honest this place would be called Frozen Flatbreads in Paradise. Pitas by their nature contain the ingredients they hold. A frozen flatbread taco, which is what you will get here, acts like a taco. As you eat the fillings push out the back a bit as you eat. Only it's not a taco, it's a big unwieldy piece of flatbread, and handles accordingly. Initially I was planning to get the Gyro, but the gyro meat here is also bought frozen so I opted for the hummus, which is house made and pretty decent. The vibe is cool, with a nice outdoor patio and a couple CO beers on tap, and steady local traffic. Not a terrible experience by any means , but for my money, if you're identifying as a Pita joint, maybe take the trouble to source actual Pitas of good quality. read more

Not very friendly but the food is decent. I don't think the server/host smiled at us once. The restaurant is quaint and appears clean with bar stools to sit at and a full service bar. I ordered the teriyaki tofu pita. And the habanero margarita, I should've chosen another drink as it doesn't taste well made. While I was excited for my meal, there wasn't anything that screamed teriyaki about my order. With a dripping mouthful of tzatziki sauce, the tofu was good but just grilled or maybe just sautéed. I do taste peanut oil but haven't asked but you should if you're allergic. My side was the coleslaw which was pretty good and full of flavor. My husband ordered the OG and he said it was good. His was the soup - Hungarian Mushroom which I thought was incredible and should've ordered a bowl to wash down my mediocre pita. My son ordered the kids chicken chunks and didn't eat much, but that's expected from a 5 yo. He said it was ok. The place seemed busy between the hours of noon and 1pm. Two friends had it, meat wasn't as hot as it could have been and tzatziki wasn't as flavorful as they wanted. Otherwise solid meal! French fries 4.5/5 incredible fries! Crispy outside, soft inside, really good! Greek salad 3.5/5 lots of flavor and different condiments. The friend who got it with tofu enjoyed it a lot. Staff. My wife and I had a very enjoyable evening as far as a great wedge salad, very good baked potato and nice martinis. My only concern was the $78 16 oz wagyu rib eye steak. Much of the steak was gristle and that should not be in a wagyu steak. It was very tasty however. read more
