After waiting for more than an hour, and after two delivery drivers, the driver canceled my order. I called DoorDash first, but they could not tell me why it was canceled. I called Andy's, and the staff did not speak English, but she was able to communicate that she could not help me. I called DoorDash back, and their customer service person called the restaurant for me, but had the same results. I was able to get a Spanish-speaking friend to call Andy's back for me (because I never received my $50 pizza and was charged). In that conversation, we were told to call back in the afternoon, which we did. The other staff exclaimed that there was no order for me, and there was nothing for them to refund. I then called Fox Ordering and spoke to their customer service rep, who listened well, got the order number from me, and said that this problem would have to be solved by another staff member from Fox Ordering.
