Service is still awesome. A friend and I stopped by on July 26th around 11:45am. Not sure if they had two drive thru windows during the time I wrote my last review but this employee was working them. She kept the lines moving and at the same time helped the walking customers. She took efficient time on each order and everyone walked/drove away happy. I went with their BBQ wings. Its been more than 10 years since I've last had Rallys. We used to have a Rallys in the location I reside but ever since then I haven't seen one in some time. I do see one location in Inglewood when paying my respects to the family at the Inglewood cemetery but each time isn't the best time to check it out. Recently I've had this killer craving to make my comeback. Checking out the different locations I now notice that Rallys is not close to me at all. I made the effort to go on a little adventure to get me a Big Buford! Reading the Yelp! reviews, I felt a lot of people talking about how orders are incorrect or the rudeness of the employees. I can't base my future experience on other people's, gotta make my own. I came to this location as it happened to be the closest. (25.1 miles) I do remember that this establishment is mainly a drive thru but walk ups is still available. But walking up felt odd. They had two windows to walk up to and when we chose one, they told us to go to the other one. lol I ordered my food, it came out pretty quick and guess what? It did not disappoint. Damn, damn, damn.... every time I find a different Rally's to give them another chance, every different one just sucks more and more and more. Sorry, but this one is no different from the other Rally's I went to! This sucks for me because I LOVE Rally's and their food!!! I so desperately want to find at least a decent 3-5 star Rally's these days, but I can't!!!!! Just telling it like it is!!! Story time: So last night, I come home from an awesome Destroy Boys concert and found this Rally's closest to the venue. I arrived, saw that the area was so bad...their lights don't even have green to go!!! It's a blinking yellow light and a red! LOL!! This area.... sucksssss. So I arrive at the Rally's and go to the drive thru. I had to close all my windows and make sure my doors were locked because there were homeless, druggies and random stray dogs basically taking over the lot, bothering every damn car, worse than the other Rally's I went to. This homeless lady kept coughing in their cashier line that's basically near the same windows where you pick up the food! Like ... what the hell? I didn't ask for Monkey Corona Pox seasoning to go with the Rally's combo meal that the idiotic workers forgot to give my ranch for! Seriously, how simple and stupid is it to F' up simple orders? This is why Skynet's making them terminators to take over their jobs...because those machines understand English and they do what they do with no breaks or any kind of barrier to mess up a customer's orders. I love you, Rally's.... I love your food, but so far, many of your joints these days and many of its workers and bad areas just are a straight up turn off for me and others who want some nostalgic fast food!!!! I love the buffalo chicken wings well done from Rally's. Normally the drive thru goes pretty fast and they haven't gotten my orders wrong at this location as my regular one closed down. so far so good. They used to have an apple pie ice cream sundae but they discontinued it. Hopefully they'll bring it back. The fries are seasoned perfectly and the burgers are really good. read more

3 stars the food has always been hot fresh and always have my complete order. I moved from Orange County for my uncle who lives in a independent living facility and doing late night runs are for him mainly with me picking up the extra pounds as I order those funnel fries or a cone ice cream. They were quite busy tonight ! Both lanes were filled. Social distancing enforced, there is no dinning yet out doors tape is all around. Our food was great nothing wrong, But ! I will now be in the alert when coming here especially due to Coronavirus. As we all have safety protocols to follow like mask , gloves optional, social distancing, there is no indoor dining physically available. But, my question is why go to such extreme lengths when a female can just walked in the side door of the building in plain clothes. She walked in came out with food. My problem is I thought we were trying to create a safe environment and not pass any viruses when people just walking in and coming out of the side door. I ordered on Uber Eats and I would watch the Uber driver reach the drive thru on the apps map and then suddenly cancel and it would send another driver. I didn't know what was happening but my order kept getting cancelled. After the third time I asked my Uber driver to keep me updated. It actually went through this time and she told me they kept denying my order even though it would go through the app and the meal was paid for. I eventually got my order so it's not like they couldn't make it. There was no point in denying my order. The phone number listed does not work so you can't call for any info. Rally's... I have given you many a-chances but we can no longer see each other. I've moved on... please, you've brought this on yourself. If you really love me, you'll leave me alone. My sister will be back for the dog later. This restaurant chain is dreadful, I don't know why people continue to eat here because from what I have ordered, it's all appalling and leaves a bad after-taste in your mouth throughout the day. This one in particular is insufficient in so many levels from customer service to cleanliness to its location. Word to the wise, you don't want to come here at night unless you're asking for trouble and want to be in the obituaries the next day. This was around 8 PM this evening. There were only two cars in line in front of me. They let the woman directly before me at the drive-thru order an entire additional meal at the window, and didn't ask her to move, so it took an extra 20 minutes before I even got to the window, then they gave my mother attitude after she made a comment about it.
