Restroom: They have a restroom out back. Go to the cashier/staffer and ask for the restroom key. It's a bit of a hassle but you got to do what you gotta do to relieve yourself. Location/Parking: NE corner of E 57th and Pacific. Decent amount of parking in their lot, but if you don't see any just park on the street. Ambiance/Decor: Alright ambiance with modern furnishings. Service: Staffers are always nice, friendly, and attentive when I patronize the place. Food comes out at a decent time also. Food Of Choice: I usually get the cheese burger combo with no salt/seasoning on the patty and fries. It's yum! Make sure you ask for ranch! The only negative is that the water/juice/grease from the patty and lettuce will continue to drip if you don't hold the burger correctly. It can get quite messy. Oohhhweeeeeeee! Got the: Double-Chilli Cheeseburger w/Bacon, xtra crispy Fries & a root beer. Service was great, the cashier was very professional and nice. A bit of a wait in the drive-thru but I definitely know when it takes a lil'while it means is FRESH!! My fries were actually crispy! Got two thousand islands & two baggies of yellow chilis. This was the spot every morning for my coffee and sandwick. But latly Customer service not good anymore, like before. Were they had girls who were loud and not soft spoken. When order can't hear from the intercom can't understand the little girl. My order took 30mins in the drive though. Chili cheese fries are delicious, you can request grilled onions on top and extra chili and cheese. For an additional fee, but well worth it. My office is down the street, we order by phone and pick up. read more

I'm a creature of habit so if I find something I really like at a restaurant, I just pretty much order just that. I know it's sort of a bad habit, but I really like Tom's breakfast sandwich with polish sausage. I'm sure I'm missing a few things, but the main ingredients seem to be eggs, polish sausages sliced in half lengthwise, iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, probably some sort of spread, and in my case, wheat bread. They also give you a couple yellow peppers on the side if you ask for it. I love the simple clean flavors and the obvious care put into the sandwiches. Those guys (and girls) behind the counter make a good product, and they've always given me good service. 5 stars and a definite recommend! read more

That's 3 generations in our family enjoying this restaurant! I'm assuming it's different owners by now, but the chicken is still how I remembered it 35 years ago! Delicious! I ordered French fries at the drive thru then watched what was going on inside and that's when I noticed the cook was handling raw bacon and a few minutes later without washing his hands he prepares my fries for service. I requested a refund and the manager didn't care about the cross contamination just waved me off and they refunded me.
