My concerns were somewhat put to rest when I saw all these great reviews - but there were so many that I was skeptical that they could really be that good. I can now tell you YES they are THAT good! They did an outstanding job - we have sanded and refinished floors ourselves so we know all the expected glitches - which there were NONE- and the level of skill these guys have to have to do such a quality job. John and Sang (who did the work) also communicated beautifully- even texting to let me know when they were 5 minutes away. They left the space perfectly clean with no debris whatsoever. I also wanted a portion of an upstairs bedroom done since it had not been refinished since the house was built. On the way downstairs Mike looked at the hallway outside the bedroom and asked if I would like that done as well since there were some scratches which had been caused by an ironing board being dragged over it. He did tell me that the scratches would not go wayway and, although they were barely noticeable, I agreed to have it done thinking that a fresh coat of polyurethane couldn't hurt. Unfortuately, I was wrong, as the refinishing resulted in there being a number of dark brown streaks where the scratches were. Mike negleted to tell me that the color of the scratches would be dramatically different from the oak floor that was being refinished. Had I been informed of this, I would not have done the hallway. The quality of Mike's work is good but he needs to be very clear regarding what one can expect based upon the job that has been contracted.

We had two major issues. 1) they charged us for shipping twice bc all items were ready but one and If you break up the shipping you pay twice. That second shipping was supposed to come on a specific day and time so hired contractor to come that day and they cancelled it saying "the truck never left". They refused refund that extra shipping fee. 2) they just flat out ordered the wrong size sink. They match the sink to the vanity you chose and they just ordered the wrong which delayed the project by over a week. Basically this place doesn't care about the customer but the vanities are nice.
