I feel so comfortable with their dental services I stayed even though they don't fully accept the Dental Insurance Plan I have. A portion is covered and I pay the balance. It is so much easier to go to a appointment when you know who will be doing the work and that the work will be done thoroughly and gently. Dr. Stein has always been easy to talk to, he answers all my questions, tells me about what he is keeping an eye on, and doesn't suggest work that isn't necessary. If he says that I need something done, I believe him and have complete confidence in his ability to do the work. We have not had a single problem with any of the fillings, crowns, root canals, or any other work he has performed. He is kind, gentle and honest. His staff is the same. Best of all, when I have called because of a problem they ALWAYS fit me in within hours. They also follow up to make sure things are going well. When I had a problem with the first prescribed antibiotics not taking care of an abscess, Dr. Stein called me to make sure the 2nd prescribed one was doing the job. I made the appointment at the recommendation of my niece who had been seeing Dr. Millett for years and loves him. I learned while making the appointment that Dr. Millett does the Business portion of the practice and no longer practices dentistry. I had an appointment today at 11:40 AM and arrived at 11:20 in order to fill out the paperwork. I was seen at 12 PM and had x-rays but a very professional dental hygienist by the name of Frankie and then I met Dr. Fiect Who examined me, stated that I needed all types of dental work and then said he had no time today to fix my Loose bridge. I insisted that the reason I attended today was because I was medically concerned about it. Because I pressed, he attempted to remove my bridge and then informed me that he would not be able to do so without damaging all the teeth around it. He then asked me if it made me feel any better he could give me antibiotics between now and my next visit if I was concerned about infection. Then I was told that they did not have time to clean my teeth today. I've never had this experience in my entire life. I quickly called my former dentist and made an appointment for Monday morning at 8 AM in order to address my medical concern, and then I filed a formal complaint. Something is seriously wrong there and I informed, my niece that Dr. Millett is no longer the acting dentist.
