My fiancée and I miss this place!! Of the couple of time we went to California, we made sure to stop by here! My fiancée grew up in California so he was telling about buttermilk donuts that are pretty good staple over there. And man was he right!! Once I sunk my teeth into the delicious pastry, I was in heaven!! Man, so good and pretty filling. So one is enough for one person, lol; depending on your metabolism. :) The staff was very friendly and helpful; one in particular new our faces. And we both only made trips on a couple of occasions. My fiancée was up there longer for personal reasons and he told me that the lady already knew he gets coffee!! The coffee according to my fiancée was average for a donut place. These are one of the gems in which I miss about California! Florida doesn't have any as far as I know of donut shops that sell buttermilk donuts!! Stop here on a road trip since my husband was craving a donut :) The donuts are light and fluffy, super yummy! There wasnt a large selection but you had your clasics so that is all e needed. We got two donuts, 1 dz donut holes, and a milk total came out to $5.10. We don't normally buy donuts I'm not sure if that was a good price. The service was a little "slow" there were three people behind the counter and we had to wait for a bit before someone helped us. (But it wasn't too bad) I didn't see a bathroom, they did have tables insode in case you want to sit and enjoy your donuts. I have been here many many times already. And unfortunately I have always forgot to leave a review. I must say this is truly the best spot I have been to for Chinese food. I know all Chinese food is supposed to taste the same, look the same, and be the same. But it's not. Trust me, try it. You will fall in love and come back again and again and again. A few days after doing so, my husband randomly brought me a glazed donut home as a friend of his had recommended a 'great place' that he insisted on him trying. After being impressed by the size and flavor, I told him that it was delicious and that I'd have to compare this great find to the place I'd just bookmarked on Yelp days earlier. After looking the name up here (I hadn't recalled it earlier) I was pleasantly surprised to discover that his new find and my bookmark were one and the same. REALLY GOOD DONUTS !!! can't stress it enough, IF the selection was a bit larger and more varied they'd get 5 stars. The dough is light and fluffy making the donuts slightly crispy on the outside and soft and moist and airy on the inside, not heavy and chewy. These are better than Crispy Creme or Winchell's. Tried one of the BACON Maple Bars for first time, interesting ! like eating a sweat and savory breakfast all in one bite, was good ! They are decent donuts. Not much of a place to stay and eat the donut. They had a pretty small selection of kinds, we ended up getting mostly plain glazed donuts. I think they are over priced $1 a piece. Getting a dozen only saves you $2. read more

I have been customer of this location for years. They always have the best donuts in the High Desert. Always fresh and great tasting. One of my favorites is there Tiger Tail. It is a large twist that is a white donut with some dark in it, very good! They have a great selection and they are always very courteous. I've had doughnuts from here many times because a gentleman at work often brings from here and they are always very good. This review, however, is based on one particular doughnut I had tonight. I had a doughnut craving and they were still open, so I ran in. My eye was immediately drawn to a chocolate dipped old fashioned because it was just beautiful - the frosting was shiny and was a deep rich brown. Looks aren't everything but this doughnut did not disappoint. It was lightly crispy on the outside and fresh and fluffy inside, and that beautiful glaze?
