What impressed me most was that there were only two employees working, and they handled the crowd incredibly well. They kept things moving, acknowledged customers as they came in and when it was their turn to order, and were still kind and friendly. The café was also very clean and well kept. For there to be only two people working and the crowd they had at 11 o'clock, I'm sure it had probably been busy all morning. Even so, everything was clean and organized. Another customer came in a couple with their kid and this time she clearly saw them walk in. The customers stood there waiting and looking at her, but she still didn't acknowledge them. I understand it was a busy holiday weekend, but the wait times and lack of communication were frustrating. I got some salt, but it didn't help. It had obviously been in a cup and turned over on a plate (there was no bowl) so I don't see why they couldn't have substituted the fried rice. The carrots were rubbery too. The only thing half way good was the broccoli. I opted for water to drink because I couldn't see paying over $6 for flavored ice tea.
