Decent donuts and appropriately surly service. I feel like the best donut places treat you like they want you to get out of there as quickly as possible, and this place does just that. The people behind the counter aren't rude, but they don't go out of their way to make friends with you. That's fine by me: Just give me your donuts. We got donuts on a Sunday, which I've heard isn't the freshest day for donuts. They were decent, and tasted better when they were nuked for a few seconds in the microwave. I wish I could give 0 stars. I bought donuts this morning 4:30 am. I took a bite of a donut at 4:45 and it was hard and it tasted funny I spit it out. I checked the rest of the donuts and they were hard as well. They were not today's donuts. I had tried then a couple years ago when I first moved up here and they weren't that great so I never went there again. I figured I'd give it a try since it's on my route. Nasty ass donuts. So I walk into this place it's like three or four in the morning and this little little man has a crazy amount of fresh donuts just sitting in the window!!! This place is absolutely terrible the owners are extremely greedy and rude. They sell sub par and stale donuts. They are open from morning to night to try and and milk the most out their sorry establishment. Id recommend the donut shop on I avenue and main, right behind Firestone Auto. read more

Paid $25 for 4 Thai Milk Tea's with Boba. Ridiculous price for a drink at a donut shop. Usually donut shop thai tea isn't that great but this was by far the worst tasting thai tea I've had in my life. I ordered drinks for multiple people and none of them could stomach it. The tapioca was also over cooked or rotten. They don't even use MILK for the Thai MILK tea. They use creamer...why.....???.....They don't even offer refunds, they could at least give a warning to how horrible it tastes before you buy lol Greedy and bad customer service aannnnnd horrible thai tea to top it all off. This place has good donuts, but this morning I went in for a regular milk tea boba drink. I ordered it iced with boba. The girl gave it to me with the ice, milk and tea semi blended as if she remember half way through making it I wanted it on ice. Then there were only about a tablespoon of boba at the bottom which was all stuck together and chewed up. The taste of the drink was gross and I couldn't drink it. This is by far one of the worst donuts shops I been too. The ham and cheese jalapeño was super dry with no taste of jalapeños or cheese, the bread was burnt no flavor at all! I ask for them to warm it, as I drove around the corner where I live. They were cold dry in the inside. The donuts are just as nasty taste old and the chocolate or frosting aren't tasty at all, has a different "fake" flavor . My toodler who loves donuts didn't even wanna finish after the first bite. The store faces East, and they had a metal handle on the door which was extremely hot from the hi-morning sun. Uncomfortable to open. The inside of the store was dirty and unkept. Too many crumbs and open packets of sugar were laying around on the tables. Looked like a perfect Covid hideaway. The store was hard to get around on the inside. Glass covering the donuts was dirty and appeared not to have been cleaned lately. Finally, took my 2 donuts and got out as quickly as possible. Yep, you guessed it. They were hard, dry and stale. The owners of this place are so rude. First of all a young woman asked the boss lady if they had a knife or fork and the boss lady yells at her saying "no we don't this place isn't a restaurant!" I was so mad because of the way she treated the customer, very disrespectful! And Secondly, I bought a Thai iced tea and took a sip of it and it tasted horrible. It was too sweet and did not taste like Thai tea at ALL, so I ask her if she can make another one because I was very disgusted by the taste and she tells me it's my fault for buying the Thai tea. Then she tried telling me that iced tea is not sweet when I didn't want iced tea so I just asked her if she could make me a milk tea instead. The milk tea wasn't that good either, still too sweet. Wow where do I start!! So the Cambodian gentleman ringing the clients was very nice and that's not where it went wrong but instead was their cleanliness! I went in with intentions of getting a half dozen donuts but then noticed where they kept there donuts had flys flying in it!!! I am mediately changed my mind and decided to try some Boba, which by the way was the worst decision ever!! The Boba wasn't even round and chewy but instead soggy, fallen apart and tasted as if it had been sitting in water forever. Then the drink itself tasted disgusting! It tasted pretty much spoiled!! I threw the drink away and was so disgusted! The owner should really do something about this because he was really sweet and talkative but never will I return! Pls don't ever go there! I consider myself a regular.. considering we just moved to the area a few months and my husband stops in a few times a week for early morning coffee and I go a few times a week just to run in a grab some donut holes for the kids before school. I must say I was very disappointed with service this morning. It was the first time I sent in my 9year old because I have a broken foot. She paid for 2 boxes of donut holes and walks out with a big happy smile because she just helped mom and did it on her own. She accidently tripped over a parking bumper directly in front of the entrance and one of the boxes fell and opened up, spilling the donut holes all over the ground. I hobbled my way out and helped pick them up, took it back in and explained that my daughter accidently dropped the container and they went all over the ground, can we get a new one or do we have to pay? Very rudely, the older lady said "You have to pay!". I was taken back. I wasn't going to pay for another box (although it was only $1.50), I didn't have any more cash and wasn't going to end up paying $2+ for another box, because they charge to use a debit or credit card. I just tossed the box in the garbage and walked out. I felt that I needed to call her and let her know that I was disappointed that they couldn't replace it, it was an honest mistake, we were parked in front of the door, she saw it happened, she could have been courteous and replaced the box, from a customer service point of view, since I've been going in so regularly. When I was done talking, in an angrily and in a confrontational tone, she replied and said "you know, I don't have time to talk with you on phone. You have problem or something to say, you come back to my shop and say it!!" I could not believe what I just heard. I hung up with my jaw dropped. Horrible service! New to the area and sad that I am going to have to find another donut shop now. As cheap as donuts are, I cant give my money to horrible service. read more
