The one from the website picture is much more furnished. I paid "Deluxe" for nothing. You won't believe me but on top of that, they delivered it at the wrong adress! My father in law had to go get it himself when the wrong person got the flowers. The right adress was written on the receipt The surprise was kind a ruined. This establishment also has all the necessities to enhance your holiday spirit. Hence I kept it with my other plants and in the next few days all my plants had spider mites. I have my herbs growing since 2 years with no problem and lost the harvest to the spider mites. Unfortunately I did not realize this sooner. I got medication, watered the plant and spent hours everyday trying to clean each leaf of every plant I not only spent over a 100$ on those plants that didn't last but it killed some of my existing plants (4 to be precise).

We worked with Edward and team to install custom planters and bluestone paving on our terrace in…read moreApril 2019, and we were initially very impressed with Outside Space's prices and professionalism, and thrilled with the finished product. However, since the project was completed, three of the bluestone tiles have cracked down the middle during regular use. The first two times this happened, Edward was very responsive, and sent out his team within a few weeks to replace the broken bluestone tile free of charge. After the second broken tile, Edward assured us that if this were to happen again, he would either replace the entirety of the tiles and/or the subsystem. Unfortunately, a third tile did break this April (2 years after initial installation). I contacted Edward and he set a date for a team to come out to replace it, but cancelled day-of. Despite multiple emails and phone calls, I have not been able to get ahold of Edward or anyone at Outside Space in the weeks since. The broken tiles are not just inconvenient, but dangerous -- because of the nature of the pedestal system, the tiles are set about 6 inches above the bottom of the terrace, and have the potential to cause real injury if someone were to fall through. Whether these broken tiles are a result of a faulty group of bluestone tiles or an error in the subsystem, we're disappointed that Edward is now unwilling to make the situation right.

There is one older Caribbean gentleman who wears a cap and works behind the counter who is especially rude. Every time I come in, he greets me with a scowl and never hands my card back directly after a transaction. If I purchase several items, he simply hands me a bag and expects me to bag everything myself, even though other employees have always done it without hesitation. What finally made me decide not to return was a recent visit where I stood there waiting for 15 minutes (it wasn't busy) while that same employee sat at the computer, clearly aware I was waiting, but chose to ignore me completely. Another employee was on the phone with a customer, so I was left standing there with no acknowledgment at all. If my business is not appreciated, I am more than happy to take it elsewhere. There are plenty of other places that provide better service. I highly recommend Gleason Paint Place instead. The tall employee there, as well as the young Hispanic guy who takes orders, are always helpful, respectful, and professional.

The home decor items are very cute, unique and meant to bring a laugh out of you. I loved the wall of women by the entrance (you'll see what I mean if you go there). In the middle area, I saw some delicious truffles and gelato that was just too good to pass up. I sampled their raspberry & mango gelato (my favorite combo) - pretty good, until I heard the $5 price tag for a small. A small cup looks like a pretty darn big cup to me and it got me two baseball-sized scoops. Definitely too much for one person, but it is good for 2. Very colorful store, I would highly recommend stepping inside just to take a look. The employee who helped us behind the gelato counter was very nice and chatty too - put me in a good mood!

(Thank you Olga!) Their arrangements and vases are so breathtakingly beautiful, I so wish I could keep the flowers alive forever. Beautiful flowers will brighten up anyone's day but great service completes the experience. I couldn't recommend a better florist to buy arrangements from.
