It worked great in my schedule and the front desk woman (Sonia?) was friendly and very sweet and accommodating. They asked for a $25 credit card to hold the appointment. I never have had that before, but I get it, with this being a tourist area in the summer...and people can forget when on vacation. Just wanted the review to note that so you know. Sam aka Samantha :-) was my stylist. She was so nice and was very deliberate in her application of highlights. She asked me a lot of questions and listened before we started. The highlights turned out great and hid my gray salt and pepper and blended into my previous highlights. She gave me a great haircut too, perfect length taken off and nice layering. The salon was quaint and everyone was friendly. I recommend the salon and Sam my stylist.

Two time now the stylist just wanted to cut my hair and not wash it. The first time she did it I didn't question ( I should have cause I was charged the full price). The second time I said no you have to wash it first. If wash and conditioning are factored into the price then I would expect to get it. Also, when I call to make appointments they frequently don't answer the phone. I always leave a message and don't get a call back. What kind of business is that? So needless to say I won't be returning! Btw I think $35.00 is kinda steep for a very short haircut that doesn't require any finishing products!

Went to this salon based on the many great reviews for a slight fix to a haircut I previously…read morereceived and Sarah gave me, by far, the worst haircut of my life - complete BOTCHED cut. I came in with ZERO layers with the shortest angles below my chin and left with uneven, haphazard, choppy layers throughout my hair and the shortest hair now falling to my lip even though I stated numerous times I did NOT want layers at all and don't want to go shorter. After she continued to cut, Sarah laughed at me and said "idk girl" and said she wouldn't charge me. Also, awful experience with the manager who reached out to me as well - wouldn't be surprised if she bullied me to take the review down after the unprofessional, mental gymnastics performance she displayed with me over the phone.

After a 30 + yrs of being a client & (I thought) we were good friends. Than it happened; On my way home from work I stopped by to chitchat which I would do periodically. To my surprise she 86 me!? I tried to find out why But she wouldn't talk to me. Rosemary is the type of person when shes finished with you or you are no longer useful to her. She will cut you off no matter how long of a friendship you had.
