Horrible customer service. Still confused why they were so rude. ‍ there are other spots that I can go.

Delicious, perfect ratios of ingredients, and very fresh quality. I got a "build your own" sandwich but they have a wide variety of pre selected sandwiches if you'd rather that they choose. I was here during a Saturday lunch rush so it was packed inside, but the employees moved FAST. Service was very quick and the employees were all super friendly. There are no tables inside, so I took my sandwich to a nearby bench. There are tons of places to sit and enjoy the views in Friday Harbor. I will absolutely come back here next time I come to FH.

One thin and narrow (1/2") slice of pre-cooked bacon was severely underwhelming). A thin layer of avocado spread(?) rather than avocado. Swiss fine. Mayo fine. Red onion fine. Two slices of bread that were not toasted...so essentially a turkey sandwich. I returned to ask about the correctness of the order and the woman behind the counter got chippy immediately stating that this is the turkey club and wrapped it up and handed it back without even long at it. I asked about the three slices of toasted bread listed on the menu. She said that the board is wrong and we don't do three pieces any more. I asked about the single piece of bacon and she wanted to hand me some more bacon. A $16 sandwich that wasn't as adversities and an unwillingness to make it right means we won't be returning. Below mid.

This might just be my favorite grocery store in existence…read more Everything I could ever need is in between this four wall, two story building. This co-op in Skagit is filled with healthy alternatives, fresh produce, and even a juice/coffee/snack bar serving up some delicious bites. I found a number of local products and beers to buy from the grocery side, and a mushroom sandwich. I cannot properly describe the deliciousness of this sandwich - you just had to be there. I also loved that the co-op's second story is filled with the most unique home and gift items you'll find. Everything is sustainable first, and they even have a decent book selection. Couldn't imagine a better place to spend my Saturday, just wish I lived closer so I could visit every weekend.

It's a neat grocery store with fresh build-your-own sandwich options, bakery treats, gifts and trinkets, wines, and a lot more. We ordered sandwiches from the kiosk where it prints a ticket to bring to the counter. You can purchase other items with your sandwich, too. We had ordered two pineapple conchas from the dessert case for a post-lunch dessert. The veggies on the sandwich were so fresh it hit the spot for a light midafternoon meal. There is an upstairs seating area, it's really quiet and private. After we ate our lunch, we looked at some trinkets in the gift shop that's upstairs too. It truly has it all!

Excellent service, friendly people, great sandwiches!…read more When I visited they were so busy that I had to wait 30 minutes to get my sandwich. But it was worth the wait! I ordered a Mr. Steph: turkey, salami, pepperjack, pepperoncini, lettuce, onion, mayo, mustard on country bread. The sandwich stood about 2-1/2" to 3" tall when it was lying down. And it tasted great! The country bread was very hearty. The crust was awesome. I had to work to bite through it. I loved it! They also have a small store that has all kinds of food items you won't find in a typical grocery store. I bought a round loaf of Greek Olive Bread that was also very crusty.

Don't let this tiny place fool you, it delivers BIG on quality and flavor. They make their own bread, and their sandwich board is thoughtfully put together to enhance the flavor profiles of all the ingredients. I tried the RBB and the Italian. The most important item of a sandwich is the bread, the 2nd most important- the thickness of the meat. Well, the Italian came on a house-made semolina roll, and the meat was perfectly sliced paper thin. It was the best sandwich I've had since being back home in NYC. The roast beef with blue cheese and horseradish mayo was ridiculous. I will definitely be back when I am back on Whidbey Island... ANYWHERE on the island. This place is worth the drive. Also the prices are very reasonable. They also have a small market with a few aisles of curated goods. I grabbed some Whidbey Island canned tuna for later. Excellent spot, well done. Absolutely zero notes.

Very impressive little store full of tons of stuff! Groceries, pantry staples, a small produce section, some premade deli food and cookies. I was looking for the bakery items. A previous review mentioned delicious homemade pastries. Finally as I choose a cookie and a salad for later I see them. A small pedestal plate with pastries. And on the countertop behind the register tons of croissants! I said, there they are! The two ladies working were not impressed. I asked for the flavors and the lady said, there is a menu right there. Ugh, not fully awake I realized a line had formed behind me. This is the spot to go before getting in a ferry. The sign was not clearly visible and I felt overwhelmed with the decision so I quickly decided on a raspberry almond. This is clearly a place for locals. Everyone knows what they want and where it is. Not super friendly vibes, but oh well. Took photos of my purchases back in my gorgeous villa LOL, watch for my next review. Super happy to discover this market! And I love a good market! Happy travels. SYOY!
