Tina is courteous, professional and listens to her clients. I asked her to add an extra coat of green polish on my set and she actually thanked ME for reminding her. We all know how nerve wracking it can be to speak up at a nail salon but Tina never makes you feel that way. Tina remembers your preferences so it always feels like such a personal experience. Her shop is relaxed and comfortable. I always look forward to going in every month. My mom gets acrylics and I get builder gel. I can easily go 5 weeks or more before getting my nails done again. Osuka works her magic with all types of hair…read more I have long, very curly hair, and Osuka does a great job cutting it. She also cut my mom's hair -- and her hair is short and very straight. And, back in the day, she used to do perms for my mom. She also is amazing with my sons (one with curly hair and one with straight). And they're 2 and 4, so not the easiest to work with. Plus she also cuts my husband's hair, which is thick and wavy. I highly recommend her!!!

I didn't realize it until I left, but I was there 3.5 hours! Way too long with my busy schedule, but damn my toes look amazing. She was super nice and very thorough and even gave me the bottle of polish when I was leaving! The salon was busy on and off while I was there, I only got to see the front room downstairs.
