This store has Christmas decorations that look and feel like they would be at Pottery Barn or Restoration Hardware but prices that are more like Target. I walked through and was a little overwhelmed by the amount of product they have, which really is a little of everything holiday. We got a couple little reindeer figurines but will definitely be going back soon to get better decked out for Christmas. read more

This place is awesome! Tons of cool Christmas decorations!! Can't believe I never knew about it before!

I have been to HW about ten times in the last two months to completely redo our main tree and stairway garland. Every single time, I have had the best service from three of their managers and staff. They have been so helpful sourcing ribbons, ornaments and lights, I was surprised at how much they cared about getting enough of everything for my project. Their selection is much better than the big named craft stores, I would recommend them any day! read more

Defiantly a bit pricey but, they do have some smaller things that are pretty cheap. It's fun just go in and see the amazing decorations they have. Lots of Halloween, mostly Christmas stuff. read more

Beware: this store is very overwhelming the first time you shop! There are so many displays and choices. I recommend going in with a set plan on what exactly you need rather than to just browse! There was a minimal amount of workers for the amount of customers which made it difficult to find someone to help without walking away from the display and getting lost. read more

I would like to give a shout out to the wonderful associates at Holiday Warehouse. I accidentally broke an ornamaet at a clients house and we were asked to replace it. Our client purchased the entire tree with the ornaments. While the store had none available to purchase as they were sold out, Nancy (our AWESOME associate) went ABOVE AND BEYOND her duties and located a single replacement in the back. She solved our dilemma and calmed our nerves. We are extremely pleased with how she assisted us. Other store associates helped in the search as well. A HUGE thank you to them as well. read more

If you plan to buy anything from this store be sure and keep your receipt, they will not give you store credit or your money back at all no matter what, no matter if the package is never been opened they simply will not budge so please keep your receipts, I doubt I'll ever shop here again because everything was a little overpriced anyway. read more

Is this place closed? I've been twice in the last two months and its been closed. The website says open 7 days a week and that isn't accurate as the second trip was a Sunday. Calling the listed number is hopeless, I know the temperature but am constantly disconnected after non-store related dribble. Decorators Warehouse in Arlington is a drive but they answer the phone and are open when their website says they are. Great Store with beautiful Christmas Decor! I bought my tree here today. They had a great sale on artificial trees. I bought a 9 ft with Led lights for 249.00! It is ver full and sturdy! They had ribbon, wreaths, ornaments for every decor!!! Great place to find nice Christmas decor! read more

This place is like Christmas in a store. I love going in. Their selection is beyond belief. It doesn't matter what your budget is, or what you went in for. You can rest assured that you'll find exactly what you're looking for. The store is sectioned in season, type of decoration (wreaths, lights, trees, ornaments, etc.,) and by color!! The white decoration section is my favorite. It's like you've escaped to a winterwonderland. On top of this, the staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. HW has a huge selection of Christmas decorations and pretty nice, elegant stuffs. But the service is not very friendly. We bought a $800 Christmas tree there and some other stuffs but when my husband get in line to pay for the tree, the cashier kept sorting out papers works or whatever she thinks is more important than letting the customer waiting for her. Not even a word like "I'll be with u in a sec" or something. That was just the customer service. The return policy is very strict too. The cashier looks unhappy when I return some items, and told me the return policy is only 14 days and I have to provide a receipt or else I won't get a full refund amount even if I pay with a credit card, she won't be able to pull it up. She also said the policy is stated on the receipt, but when I gone home & found my receipt and the return policy is not even on the receipt. I don't think I ever want to shop here again. I know other stores like Hobby Lobby or At Home don't have many fancy stuff like HW do but at least I got more options to buy and return easily. Wow...I was at a lost for words when I walked into this store. I was expecting a regular store, but was blown away with the beautiful unique and elegant selection of decorations they have. This store is truly an interior designers dream come true. It's easy to find decorations no matter the style or taste you have. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly! Wife is very unhappy. Received Santa ornament for Christmas. Brought it back to exchange as another person also bought the same one as a gift. She was told that was not possible without a receipt, that the "system" would not allow it. Fine. The person that gave us the ornament finally found the receipt. My wife returned and surprisingly they did not want to do the exchange because the ornament purchase date was over 14 days old. The manager was finally found and my wife was allowed to exchange the ornament. And yes the return policy is on the receipt but nobody at the counter bothered to mention that as I bought one also for my wife and it was never mentioned. You have to read the receipt. Devil is in the details as they say. So if you are getting a gift at this place make sure it is within 14 days of Christmas because they will be battling you all the way on a return. We have bought many Christmas items at this store and this was our first return. My wife will not return as we had to battle to get the job done. They love to take your money, don't want to return it. read more

Just visited this store, will NEVER be back. After looking around for a while nothing caught my eye that I really wanted or needed. A lot of the merchandise seemed outdated and way overpriced. Upon leaving the store they demanded that they look in my purse. I have never left a store where I was told they had to check my purse. I have never shoplifted in my life and do not need to. It's a warehouse there is nothing in there worth stealing. My purse wasn't big enough to put anything in it. read more

I can't believe folks had such negative comments about their staff! I found them to be more than helpful. I couldn't find something and they bent over backwards looking for it. Several folks asked me if I needed help. Their products and store are absolutely beautiful and the store is very neat. They have everything!! It's gorgeous. Their products are MUCH better than Hobby Lobby and Michaels (and I love HL and M). It's not that expensive but it's not Dollar General and it doesn't look like it either. I shop here all the time. Its a large store with lots of choices. The clearance section is constantly changing. There a few employess who are always kind and considerate. A short lady, with curly black hair, older, who works the back room floor is always kind, professional and helpful and a younger girl, tall is kind too (I dont know either of thier names) but a lady who works the first register is a horror. I asked her; her name, so I could write a review, its Shari. She NEVER smiles, says hello, speaks a word to me while checking me out. This is everytime!!!! This last time I decided to write a review. She really shouldn't be working the register if she has no customer service skills, professionalism, or manners. Owner should have her working in the back with no contact with the customers. Maybe its just me and she doesn't like the color of my skin. She makes shopping there a horrible experience before walking out the door. read more
