The first session the girl didn't tape around my tattoo and got super close to it...I have hair growing in that exact spot now because moving forward every person tapped it and refused to get that close...so thanks for the additional hair growth! I received a call asking if I was happy at the end of all my services. I said no, she apologized and then hung up. Now I'm getting sent a survey via email weeks later. I recently moved to the area and decided to give NakedMD a try. During my consultation, the consultant was very friendly and mentioned that all of their providers are RNs or nurses rather than technicians, which made me feel confident moving forward with my PRF microneedling appointment. Unfortunately, the experience started off poorly with the blood draw. The first nurse who attempted to draw my blood seemed new and was having difficulty finding the vein. After multiple attempts, she missed my vein and ended up blowing it, which was extremely painful and left me with additional bruising. At that point, Stephanie--the nurse who would later perform my microneedling treatment--was brought in to help. She was able to draw my blood successfully on the first try without any issues, and I appreciated that. However, I was disappointed with the microneedling treatment itself. Compared to treatments I've received at other med spas, the procedure felt rushed and not nearly as thorough. When I got home and looked more closely, I noticed that my upper lip area had been completely missed during the treatment and around my eyes. Since my face was fully numbed at the time, I wasn't aware of it until afterward, but it's hard to understand how an area like that could be overlooked. Overall, the staff was friendly, but between the painful blood draw experience and the lack of attention to detail during the microneedling treatment, this visit did not meet the standard I've experienced elsewhere. I left feeling disappointed and unsure if I would return to this location.

I specifically book my appointments surrounded her availability. She is kind, patient, sweet... and above all else very professional and thorough in her work/laser skills. She makes sure to adjust my settings as needed to maximize my results, and hits virtually all areas without missing spots. I can't wait for her to also begin injecting! I will trust her with filler, botox, etc any day. I go elsewhere for those services but will bring my business to SEV as soon as she begins the injecting. 10/10! But the scheduling/front staff are beyond horrible Very rude, very judgy (heard them gossiping rudely) and will constantly change your appointment without telling you or your confirmation. Or my fav say they booked an appointment and then not do it at all.. I can't wait till my packages are done. I don't want to finish my treatment here anymore. They are also no helpful at all when you are interested in packages and just try to get you to leave.
