I liked that the menu was pretty extensive with unique options (or you could choose to built your own pizza, like Blaze Pizza). I was surprised by the secondary Brazilian pizza menu. We had just tried Brazilian pizza at Pie-Fection, so I didn't realize we had another pizza location close by that offered this specialty. We ordered the Quatro Queijos - tomato sauce, Mozzarella, Parmesan, Blue Cheese, and Catupiry Cream Cheese. The blue cheese is what really sold it for me. We then chose to top it off with a balsamic glaze and basil. It was a nice evening out, so we decided to sit outside on their patio, which looks like mostly a lounge area for drinking and conversation with lounge chairs, sofas, and coffee tables. Not the easiest for eating pizza, but it was still enjoyable. But they could really use more ambiance out there with better lighting, plants, etc. The pizza itself was amazing; I loved the flavor combination. And it was hot and delicious. The service itself when ordering and then paying was so-so. It was a Sunday night, so I don't know if that's when they don't have their best crew on or what. If the pizza wasn't so delicious, we probably wouldn't give them another chance, but we'll go back again maybe during the day for lunch and see what the service is like. TBH, it definitely feels more like a lunch place or family night out with kids.

We also ordered the 6 piece wings with Mango Habanero sauce since they were out of the 3 sauce options we asked for. The taste and the flavors were ok, but for $9.99 these wings were tiny and super fatty. My biggest concern was the cleanliness of the establishment itself. There were bugs flying and crawling around on the floor, the tables were grimy and overall just looked like no one ever wiped down the place. Tables were cleared, but I notice that they had sanitizing spray and paper towel out on the counter by the trash - unfortunately giving me the impression that they expect customers to clean the tables themselves. Even the bathrooms were unkept and gross. I also found it a little weird that they had a makeshift office in the dining area. It was somewhat blocked off by open book shelves, but if you walked by you could clearly see paperwork and monitors through the shelves. This is also where they kept the to-go pizza boxes for guests to grab, which were piled up so high I was concerned someone was going to reach and knock them all over. With so many better options around the local area, I unfortunately do not believe I'll be coming back to the Pizza Press anytime soon.

The collards would be better if cooked with some smokey meat and pepper vinegar. We had excellent service from start to finish. The restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating. Two different rooms you can sit in. The only downside was the noise level. Between the volume of the music and the people playing connect four outside it was a little loud. We thought about eating outside but while I was sitting there waiting for my wife to come back out with our lunch I noticed the music coming from the Black Bear was competing with the Tap Room business outdoor seating area speakers as well.
