I was charged for 2 additional months after only completing 5 of my 8 paid for sessions, after not even being able to return due to pain at my surgical site from the treatment they provided. Staff were not willing to help and reimburse me of those charges. There was no notification of payments or upcoming charges and the location never contacted me of future charges. Just understanding the situation you would think the right thing would be done and charges reimbursed, but staff were too rigid in their fine print and not willing to help. Hopefully nobody else has to deal with this issue. Seems they'll happily take your money without empathy on the customer's experience.
