Dr Sach is the best. He takes the time to listen and be truthful about any questions you have. The office stall is great also.

I hate to write reviews like this but the public should be aware of the danger of this place. So,…read moremy visit started with a phone call with a PA who was so nice and amazingly thorough. All the information and prep prior to my procedure was top notch. I didn't mind waiting a little bit late for my procedure to start. Although the facility is old and needs major updates, I was still pretty happy to be there - UNTIL I WASN'T. So after prepping and taking my last minute information, I was moved into the procedure room. As I was lying on my side, just about to be knocked out, I saw something move on the monitor. The camera probe was sitting on a desk top type thing and you could see what the camera sees on a large screen above it. It is a camera they use for the probe and of course everything in its view is enlarged. At first I thought it was a spider. The camera was locked on it and it started to move. I said the the anesthesiologist, "Look a spider! Oh no, wait thats a crab! Look you guys a crab!" But it had disappeared off camera by then and who knows where it went. Although the nurse half heartedly took a quick glance for it, they blew it off like I didn't really see it and then I was out. Okay, oh my God. Yes, it was a crab and it was moving. I wish I would have stopped the whole thing right there but it happened so fast I didn't really process it. I wasn't sure about saying anything but apparently there are no procedures in place to be sure something like this doesn't happen. Because it did - it happened. They better hope to God I don't end up with something after visiting this place. I'm not even kidding. Lawsuits require real damages and I better not have any. If I had known the possibility of picking up an STD was so easy at this place, I would have gone somewhere else. Avoid this place until they get better, cleaner safety standards in place. For real.

I saw him again this morning and couldn't remember if I'd left a review about him before so I'm rectifying that now. There are so many reasons why I would recommend him so highly, but here are just a few: He's extremely caring and he pays attention to your questions and concerns. There are very few doctors who do that today but he has been like this from day one. He's kept my gastrointestinal condition under control for many, many years and when I have a flare-up, he always makes a great suggestion that gets rid of it quickly. He spends time with his patients and does not like to be interrupted when he's talking to them, which is extremely rare these days. He makes suggestions about supplements to take to help your condition and your health in general. This is the only doctor of mine who does that. He makes colonoscopies completely painless. He is an insanely gifted diagnostician. He has always figured out solutions to every GI problem I've ever had, but it goes much deeper than that. Years ago I had been though several months of specialists who could not figure out what my condition was. Even though his it's not his area of expertise, he asked the right questions and within 5 minutes he'd figured out that it was a severe case of costochondritis. Again, not even his area of specialization, but he figured it out and referred me to another specialist. That specialist was very kind but could not figure out how to cure it, but I found another professional who eventually cured it. The last time I came in I had a completely unrelated foot problem and Dr. Buch gave me two suggestions that fixed that problem as well. His staff is very attentive and kind as well. If you ask them a question, they will ask Dr. Buch and he will give a specific answer on what to do for your current medical issue. His years of experience are demonstrable and if he does not know the answer to a question, which is pretty rare, he will find out and have his staff get back to you quickly. He is smart, reliable, caring and so knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him to anyone and the friends of mine who I have recommended to him in the past have always thanked me for it. Do yourself a favor and save yourself a lot of problems by making him your gastroenterologist. My favorite medical professional, because he has earned it.

I met him in Northridge hospital ER exactly a year ago when he took care of my elderly mother, admitted with a recurrent upper GI hemorrhage. She had been scoped before, and no source of bleeding had been identified. We had almost lost hope in obtaining a valid diagnosis let alone stopping the bleeding. Providers had given up on my suffering mother and were treating her like a hypochondriac... Then came that young yet fearless Dr. Naim. He acted like the person in charge. He is not someone who will accept missing a diagnosis, and this is a trait so rare nowadays. He studied my mother's extensive imaging history. He also called me and explained elaborately his assessment and plan to me. He is a natural teacher. He scoped my mother and found a 3-mm gastric ulcer that he clipped, and we never saw a trace of that again. So thankful for Dr. Naim's care of my mother who soon later passed away for an unrelated reason. Physicians need to remember that how they treat a patient may be the last act of mercy or battery in the patient's life, and one of the last memories the patient's survivors are left with. God bless your hands Dr. Naim.

**Life-Changing Experience - I Finally Got to the Root of My Exhaustion!**…read more I've been exhausted since I was 13 years old, constantly being told my thyroid labs were "normal," even though I had every symptom of hypothyroidism -- cold hands and feet, brain fog, unrelenting fatigue. As a registered nurse (RN) and someone whose mother had her thyroid removed at 27, I just knew something was off. I even wrote a book on optimizing thyroid function because I went so deep into the rabbit hole trying to fix this on my own. But despite clean eating, dedication, and endless research, the exhaustion never lifted. Then I came across Regenics at the LA Fit Expo and decided: this is the year I get answers. I signed up for the full lab panel -- and one result changed everything: ferritin. As a nurse, we never check ferritin (your backup iron stores) in the hospital. But seeing mine at 11 set off alarm bells. I discovered a support group led by someone who'd done over 9,000 hours of research, and they said ferritin isn't "optimal" unless it's around 125. It all clicked. Since starting my iron protocol on March 1st, my ferritin has gone from 11 to 54 -- and my periods are finally tolerable (yes, raising ferritin can lighten periods!). I'll be rechecking again soon. I also optimized my Vitamin D from 32.1 to 71, which has helped immensely. Without Regenics, I never would have uncovered the root of what was holding me back for decades. They're the reason I'm finally on the path to real healing. If you've ever felt dismissed by traditional labs or just "off" without answers -- get your full panel done here. Regenics gave me the tools to reclaim my health, and I'm beyond grateful.
