The Customer Service at this shop is THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECIEVED! As you walk in the shop they will tell you "Do you have an appointment?", then will proceed to tell you how NOT to make an appointment. if you go to there website or facebook page there is nothing that specifies HOW TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. They have telephone numbers listed for the barbers on facebook which you would assume means "this is how I would make an appointment? right?" WRONG I messaged the barbers to no avail. When my son sat in his chair for his haircut Noe told me that's a lot of hair and he has to "layer" it, do a bunch of stuff to cut it and it will start at $40 and could possibly be more. I never heard of someone having to "layer" long hair to cut it. I have long curly hair longer than my sons and an elite barber shop I go to Razors Barbershop has no problem cutting my hair. So I left this place of a joke and went down the street to Taylor Made Barbershop off Beltline and they cut his hair with no problem. Never again will I return to Noes Kustom kutz
