As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with warm, friendly smiles. The gentleman behind the meat counter was incredibly patient as we tried to decide what else to get besides the short ribs. My son chose another type of meat, and they even offered to marinate it for us. The marinade tasted so fresh--I can't wait to try it cooked! The cashier was just as friendly and welcoming. Not a single person answered. To make matters worse, when messages did go through, I was repeatedly left on read. A few weeks ago, I had to waste an hour of my day driving 40 minutes out of my way to the physical store just to get basic questions answered because their customer service department is utterly non-existent (a fact that even their own front-desk worker acknowledged with total confusion and annoyance). Taking people's money and then stonewalling them when they ask simple, necessary questions about the service they paid for is negligent, amateurish, and fundamentally disrespectful. They should be thoroughly ashamed of how makeshift, disorganized, and dismissive this entire operation is.
