She offered her help in me finding any pieces that I was in search of as I told her I was looking for some nice cardigans for my visit to my Aunts & Uncles in Boston this November. Well once I mentioned Boston we hit it off as she reminisced on her younger years & her visits to Boston, Marcy helped me along the way finding some amazing cardigans that will last for many years to come! J. Crew had a special going on with everything in store at least 40% off; so being that some items can be a bit pricey that does help save a few coins in your wallet for the next store you visit, lol! After deciding that I was going to stop at three cardigans & my husband picked out his selection of jeans, Marcy couldn't help but tell me to take a look at the final sale items in the back of the store! Thankfully I found some nice short sleeve pastel t-shirts for 60% off which you can't beat! Everything that I purchased I just love & can't wait to wear... don't know which cardigan I want to wear first, love them all so much! What makes this store great isn't just the gorgeous, high quality clothes that they sell but the people that are there to help you! They're not there to hunt you down but they're there whenever you're ready for their assistance & they're so nice without being pushy to make a purchase you may regret later! There's so many stores out there that can use more associates like Marcy because it's also those associates that can help to make or break that sale!

I also embarrassingly bought the wrong size pants and exchanged them like 5 mins are buying them. Doh! Emma was super accommodating and didn't make me feel dumb. Both employees wore face masks. She introduced me to a new routine and taught me easy application techniques that even someone like me (by no means a makeup expert) can easily replicate. This was the first time I was able to actually copy the look I got in store at home. Even though I have a Saks across the street and another Neiman's nearby in NJ, I've only been ordering from Lana. She always texts when there's a sale and goes above and beyond every single time. She is such a pleasure to work with and she really is an incredible makeup artist. Can't recommend her enough!

Visited Dillard's, to browse, and let me just say... I was FLABBERGASTED…read more Let's start with the positives because they deserve the spotlight. Mary and Adonis were absolutely wonderful. Mary, in particular, went above and beyond to help me with the cause I came in to support. She didn't hesitate, stepped right in, and took control of the situation with confidence and kindness. In my humble opinion, MARY DESERVES A PROMOTION AND A HUGE RAISE. Truly. Adonis also caught my attention immediately ... makeup stood out, and futuristic, robotic-style attire. Iconic. Both were kind, respectful, and attentive. I love KIND humans. Now... moving on. While browsing, I noticed a man dressed in what looked like a heavy duty law enforcement uniform (brown attire, visibly armed). His presence felt very intense almost "above the law" energy. I jokingly told him to smile because life is a blessing, but he looked at me like he was ready to tackle me on aisle five. I even reassured him I don't steal! Just trying to lighten the mood but it wasn't me, that he was focused on. The energy throughout the store shifted when dude came standing in military form. Employees in shoes and fragrances seemed tense, standing in groups and watching closely while standing by the entrance into the mall One gentleman with a beautiful British accent approached me to offer help, but even he seemed nervous. I honestly wondered if I had missed some kind of memo. At that point, I decided it was my cue to wrap things up and head out. I'd absolutely return for perfumes and makeup (shoutout again to Mary and Adonis), but the overall vibe in other areas felt a bit jumpy for my taste. Sending positive energy and prayers that all employees get to go home safely. Retail can be a lot kindness goes a long way.
