This was the first time I was able to actually copy the look I got in store at home. Even though I have a Saks across the street and another Neiman's nearby in NJ, I've only been ordering from Lana. This is the only Saks Fifth Avenue store I have been to, though I have enjoyed the occasional visit to Saks OFF 5th stores in the past, too. The have been around since 1924 and focus on an approach that combines a focus on the digital customer experience with a strong connection to a network of 40+ stores across North America for seamless, all-channel shopping. Eight of these stores will closing soon. This location is the only Saks Fifth Avenue location in Arizona. Recently as a part of their bankruptcy process, Saks decided to close its only Saks Fifth Avenue and all of the Saks OFF 5th stores in Arizona along with most of their OFF 5th locations (and Nieman Marcus Last Call stores) and 7 other Saks Fifth Avenue locations around the country while continuing to function otherwise as a company. He's always patient, in a good mood, knowledgeable about the brand's products and history, and an excellent ambassador. Whenever I'm at Fashion Square, I make it a point to say hello. And even if I'm not buying anything that time, his attitude never changes. I recently had a negative experience with Gucci and it just reinforced my loyalty to the brand because I've never had a bad experience with Louis Vuitton. And it's because of Joshua. I don't buy items as frequently as other people might, but that doesn't stop me from really using my purchases daily. At this price point, you really have to enjoy the products and love on them. Some times that love does create wear and tear. But I know that I can take my purse back in to Joshua and he'll send it back for the necessary repairs. He's honest about what can be done upfront to avoid any disappointment when the item is repaired and about the cost. The repair cost is such a little investment to make your purchase look and feel brand new again. I've repaired my items several times so that when I leave them to my niece when I'm long gone, she'll be able to love them as much as I do. I will continue being a loyal customer as long as Joshua keeps working at Louis Vuitton.

Well, I decided that I had wanted to get my vintage passport cover stamped with my home state which requires an in person visit so my husband and I did a day trip up to Phoenix. I must say that my experience this go around here was worlds different from the sweet welcoming at the door to almost anyone I encountered walking around. Steven was the one ultimately assisting me and he took my passport cover and did a phenomenal job in stamping while I waited no less. The store is a very nice size and carried quite a bit of inventory as well. Steven, along with some of the other staff did a wonderful job turning my opinion of this location around. I do recommend if you want a low key relaxed vibe visit to go early week when they are not as busy. It was nice not having to lean around people to look at bags or in the cases.

Mary, in particular, went above and beyond to help me with the cause I came in to support. She didn't hesitate, stepped right in, and took control of the situation with confidence and kindness. In my humble opinion, MARY DESERVES A PROMOTION AND A HUGE RAISE. Truly. Adonis also caught my attention immediately ... makeup stood out, and futuristic, robotic-style attire. Iconic. Both were kind, respectful, and attentive. I love KIND humans. Now... moving on. While browsing, I noticed a man dressed in what looked like a heavy duty law enforcement uniform (brown attire, visibly armed). His presence felt very intense almost "above the law" energy. I jokingly told him to smile because life is a blessing, but he looked at me like he was ready to tackle me on aisle five. I even reassured him I don't steal! Just trying to lighten the mood but it wasn't me, that he was focused on. The energy throughout the store shifted when dude came standing in military form. Employees in shoes and fragrances seemed tense, standing in groups and watching closely while standing by the entrance into the mall One gentleman with a beautiful British accent approached me to offer help, but even he seemed nervous. I honestly wondered if I had missed some kind of memo. At that point, I decided it was my cue to wrap things up and head out. I'd absolutely return for perfumes and makeup (shoutout again to Mary and Adonis), but the overall vibe in other areas felt a bit jumpy for my taste. When I arrived at the store I spoke to Keelen (I think that's how you spell it) she asked how I was doing and I told her, and then told her I was looking for Brook, she got Brook for me and Brook greeted me and brought the watch I wanted out showered me and it was the one I wanted, I tried it on and it needed a few more links added, but she advised that I could call customer service and they would ship me free links and even install it once a I got home from my trip. After showing me the watch I saw another one I liked and she showed me and so fell in love, so I bought both of them. The level of customer service was awesome, I really appreciated them both, and they literally made my visit fun and awesome. I will definitely be back.
