I returned from overseas and just wanted to update the family doctor on what I've been doing medically since then. I thought the new doctor Katzfy was approachable and nice to talk to, and I am new to the healthcare system in the United States. Imagine my surprise when I get a 671.00 bill. The reception, billing staff, and even the nursing seemed completely nonchalant about the exorbitant fees. I gained sympathy only from my insurance when they acknowledged that the fees they charged were completely abnormal for a first time patient visit. I cannot recommend this place, nor the doctor I visited anymore because I cannot trust them.

They are all very professional, yet very down to earth. You ALWAYS get treated nicely, with respect, and they listen to you becuse they are there to help you. They are not a small office with a few people, this place has grown and the doctors, like Dr. Curry, are great. That's why if anyone asks me if I know of some physician who really knows their stuff. Once arriving, the check-in process is smooth. New patients must present ID and insurance. Once you're in the system, only an updated insurance card is needed (if applicable). The nurses are very attentive and friendly and Dr. Ensminger is the best. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable, but he truly cares about his patients as well. Larry has a great "bedside manner," very professional and knowledgeable, but he always surprises me with his common sense. Example: I had an orthopedist tell me I'd need knee surgery soon. I told Larry, and he told me that's what they get paid for - doing knee surgeries. Larry instead gave me a three injection treatment that I've done twice now, and it helps tremendously. I don't think I've ever had a bad experience with this practice. They are Christian-based (I think) but all that's meant to me is they care about their patients. I can't recommend College Park Family Care highly enough, and I'm old enough to have had experience with *lots* of doctors. :)

I called the clinic and spoke to the receptionist, who verified that she scheduled a physical, then I spoke to the office manager Misty, who stated it was a work physical, and they consider each physical a different type, such as work/school/personal. I verified with insurance there was no such thing as different physicals. Then I tried to call the billing office for 2 weeks, multiple times a day, and Brittany never answers or returns calls, I then called main hospital who sent me to the billing supervisor, who was extremely rude, she said they sent it as a regular office appt not a physical. and she had no intentions on changing it. therefore my daughter should get a refund for incorrect coding, because they decided she came in form something other then what she stated. This is now being disputed. WATCH YOUR BILL IF YOU GO HERE, THEY ARE KNOWN FOR LYING AND CHEATING.

Dr. Nazario is one of the best family practice doctors. She is kind, thoughtful, and been there for me during loads of changes in my life, always with great advice. As for this practice, I've had hit or miss with some of the on call practitioners, and the front desk staff. Overall I'd say 9/10 times it's great, but there are off days. I would recommend Dr. Nazario to anyone though that is looking for a really great doc.

Even though he does not do chronic pain patients he always ask about those medical issues as well as what he was treating me for. Never once did he make me feel like I didn't need or shouldn't take a medication that I knew worked for me. If I ask for additional test he evaluated me and trusted my judgement on how I felt with symptoms I had. Dr Ehly is truly one of a kind in a good way. I will miss him in starting over treatment in a new state. I can only hope to find a Primary Care Doctor half as good.

I had to change doctors after being with my previous doctor for over 20 year due to insurance changes, and was very apprehensive to start over. Dr. Sinclair listened to all my concerns and was very thorough in helping me find answers to my medical issues. I had several tests and she went way over and above by calling me personally with results to put my mind at ease. One particular test was done and results came in on a Friday. She took the time to personally call me that afternoon with the results so I wouldn't have to worry about them through the weekend. I highly recommend her!!

I was introduced to this specific one in high school when it newly opened. I met my new Primary Caregiver - Dr. Holly Kaufman - and fell in love...as is she's awesome! :P The whole place has a great atmosphere. There's always music playing - Christian music too because I believe they are a Christian organization. The office people are very kind and helpful, the nurses are kind and considerate, and Dr. Holly always makes me feel at ease. It's like having a family friend for your doctor's office. I've been to many other doctor's offices where they have glass windows on the front desk and locked doors to enter and leave the doctor's area...but here it's all open and easy flowing. I love that feel. It makes me feel more important and relaxed and less stressed and imprisoned.

Not good to get an additional 'charge' for bring up a matter during your annual physical! Then I nsisting that you come in, just to get refills, and you begin to realize you have the wrong doctor. WORST OF ALL - I called with chest pains (thinking I had Covid issues I was obeying CDC instructions to call my GP first) only to find they were ALL on Spring Break...! I couldn't get access to any clinician (couldn't get past the officious receptionist). So I hung up & called a NP in the family, and was advised to get into the ER immediately. Bottom line - 3 weeks now since my heart attack and still NOTHING from my doctor or anyone in the practice. Pretty appalling. I am done with trusting my health to this place and I would never recommend anyone go there. But hey - maybe they just hated me...?
