This is my first Yelp review, and it seems fitting considering this woman deserves all the praise that comes her way. Holly is an amazing real estate agent that my husband and I were lucky enough to find and work with over the last few years. As first time home buyers, it can be very intimidating and overwhelming as the housing market is complex. Holly is professional, extremely knowledgeable, and most importantly honest. My husband and I began looking for a home in late 2015. We went to a random open house down the street from where we lived and picked up Holly's card. We scheduled an appointment to talk with her about seriously starting our search. During this time, we also met with a handful of other agents, and after a few consultations, we decided to work with Holly. After about a year of looking, we put our house search on hold due to finishing graduate school and saving for a wedding. When we started our search (part 2) at the beginning of this year Holly was there and was ready to jump back in. Holly is responsive and always provided her insight on the potential of various properties, what could be done to improve the property, or what is valuable as a buyer and seller. In April, we had an offer was accepted on a home, that we later had to back out of due to some unforeseen challenges uncovered during the inspection. Holly was honest with us and validated our decision to walk away and it all worked out in the end as we are now in an awesome home in a great neighborhood.
