Over time I've gotten to know them all well. Lee usually does my manicures and pedicures, but Jasmine has also done them often as well. Their work is always efficient and spot-on. Lee has gotten to know me so well that she knows exactly how I like my nails as far as length and shape without having to ask. The conversations with the employees is always nice. Their location close to my house and later hours are perfect. They've had my business for a long time for a reason!

Two hours for one basic set felt excessive, especially considering the final result. I asked for a coffin shape, and unfortunately they did not know how to properly shape coffin nails at all. The nails were uneven and not tapered correctly. The shape was poorly executed and did not look like coffin. What made the experience even more uncomfortable was how my child was treated. I brought my one-year-old with me. He was sitting quietly watching Mickey Mouse on my phone and would occasionally need help adjusting it. Like any toddler, he would sometimes whimper or talk softly. The man I believe to be the owner seemed very upset by this. He raised his voice and said things like "stop it, boy," and would get visibly irritated anytime my child made a small noise. It created a tense and uncomfortable atmosphere. I understand that not everyone prefers to be around children, but this is a public business. People are entitled to a child-free life -- not a child-free environment. I would have appreciated more patience and professionalism. Between the poor nail shaping, the long wait time, and the uncomfortable interaction, I will not be returning.
