Yesterday was my 2nd time going to this nail shop. First time I was a walking dat an hour to only…read morehave half my services performed. One tech started then left to work in another customer. Another hour later I was still waiting so I paid for the partial service. This past Saturday I had a 9am appointment for a regular manicure and pedicure . I sat for 45 minutes before being placed in the pedicure chair. I sat 30 minutes before the tech started my pedicure. Once my pedicure was done I sat 30 more minutes for another tech to do my manicure. The owner Kim gave her a cuticle remover to use and stated how good it was. After she applied it to 1 finder I asked why she do the same for other she stated that was the only that needed it. I asked her if that was the only finger she was going to cut the cuticle on. She pretended not to understand. During my pedicure she stopped several times to talk with another tech and kept getting up to go tend to other customers. Once we got to the polish stage I noticed the color was not the same as what was in my fingers and being able to see the significant difference in color she argues it was the same. I got up and found the color myself and all she could say was "oh sorry". My gel polish is too thick on both my fingers and toes. The gel polish on 2 of my fingers is already cracked and peeling less than 24 hours later. The young teenage girl that works on Saturday's is managing the phones, customers as they come in replacing towels at stations etc. She even performed services on customers and I'm more than confident that she is NOT licensed. The customer inquired about the same and she said "I sometimes do this to help". Many of the staff don't seem to be licensed based on my Lin history of getting my nails done. This place is a cosmetology licensing board nightmare. I can only image all the fines and fees this place would receive if they were inspected. I tried to give them a 2nd chance but 3 hrs 15 minutes for a basic mani and pedi is unacceptable. I DO NOT recommend this place unless you don't care about your services being performed my licensed professionals and you have unlimited amount of time to waste waiting.

No way it's disinfected. They made me pay for this take off too! I didn't let them finish. Lets not even talk about my toes. Some nails did come out beautifully while I was in there.

I have been growing my nails out for months, but due to the chipped polish, one nail broke off and I had to replace it with a fake nail. I went back to get it fixed and they gave me a few nail colors to look at to match with my original color. They did not help with the color matching at all, so I ended up with the wrong color because I chose the closest one from the options they gave me. They also didn't match the shape of my new nail with the original ones very well. A week later, my nails are already lifting and broken off. They rush through the appointment even when not busy. I have had good and bad experiences at this salon, but I should not be paying $50 for a dip manicure to not last more than two weeks.

The owner generously offered a complimentary paraffin wax, and they even gave me a $10 gift card toward my next visit, which was such a thoughtful touch. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in town and am hoping to stop in for a pedicure. Highly recommend if you're looking for great service and attention to detail.

I was called a liar, and basically argued with by the older lady there. My nail also broke 2 days after while doing absolutely nothing. She insisted I did something to break my nail. Really sucky experience both times.
