Visited this location a few times. Pleased with my manicure and pedicure, and my eyebrows but unfortunately I won't be back. During my last visit, I had my eyebrows waxed. As I left out the back room, I walked towards the front so I could stand in front of the counter and pay for my service. Before I could make it to the counter, an employee raised her voice to tell me "I have to pay". I did not plan on walking out on a less than $10 service, and I didn't appreciate her assumption. read more

I have been here before and it was very good, but this time I went in and asked them to take the tips off of my nails and for them to do a normal dip manicure because my nails had grown very long and I didn't want to wear the tips anymore. I was expecting them to soak the dip off as that is what they had done in the past but instead she shoved an acrylic nail in the cracks of my nails and pried the nails off causing the top of my natural nails to rip off and stay stuck to the tips. It hurt, and they were rude about me asking them to soak the nails off and about me leaving. read more

Asked for navy and she gave me this sparkling navy that I didn't even know was sparkly till after I paid. I went home, cut them the length I wanted them and shaped them the shape I wanted. read more

This nail salon has two good technicians. I get my toes done by Carmen she is very nice.Many of the other nail technicians are rude. I got my nails soaked off by one girl in there and she left pieces of the old nails on my hand. The owner is very rude especially at closing time. One time they did my nails while I was getting a pedicure and put nail dust all over clothes. The next time I came they got mad when I told them they couldn't do my hands while I was in the chair. Now every time I go in looking for Carmen all of them act rude. I just wait on her to come out because she is the only one that does nails good there. read more

They were very very rude. I felt very uncomfortable there. I felt like I was being talked about the whole time.

I decided to try this place today and I will never be back, the lady sat me down and I had to ask for the colors to look at for dip powder then before even letting me look they told me to put my hands in plastic bags of nail remover, but I wasn't ready yet so she yelled at me from across the room "you need put hand in soak" like 3 times and then I finally did and she kept coming over and AGGRESSIVELY pulling my hands out the bags and shoving them back in then she finally started actually working on my nails and she SO RUDELY says "you need to hurry pick color we have many customers waiting" there was one customer waiting... and I'm paying the same amount why should I have to rush my nails? So I pick my color and she starts doing my nails and she didn't pay attention at all she was talking on the phone the whole time she barely even looked at my nails and she cut me on almost every finger and I had to make her fix them over and over again. And it was $40 which is way more than I usually pay. This was by far my worst nail experience ever this place is grossly rude. I will be telling everyone I know not to go here!!! read more
