I don't even know where to start. Holly came highly recommended by some good family friends so I decided to give it a shot. I rarely get my hair done, mostly because when I do I always leave really upset or sad about how my hair looks. This time was different. Holly was prompt and on time. Usually I have to wait 15 minutes for a overlapping appointment which I hate. Holly took me at 630 not a second later which was awesome. She offered me water and we chit chatted about what I wanted. The thing I loved about holly was I was really unsure about what I wanted but she jumped right in with some suggestions. I took every suggestion she threw at me. I got some very subtle highlights a cut and blow dry. It came out awesome. I am so happy with it. She is so professional yet makes you feel comfortable and is really funny. I loved all the products she used and the length she cut my hair. I don't know much about hair and salon etiquette but I do know that holly is very talented and you can tell she loves what she does... She is super creative and has awesome suggestions. I notice that Holly hasn't had many reviews in the last few years. I wonder if others have had my experience? I was a loyal customer and referred others to Holly, but recently, she started getting sloppy. The last few visits, she was consistently late and then did a substandard job on my hair. After my final appointment, when I waited 40 minutes and then she told me she'd assumed I had nothing else to do all day (like, um, go to work?) I moved on. She doesn't seem to enjoy the work so she should probably do the same! read more
