I was not acknowledged and only told she called me and I didn't answer making it my fault. I was at work so I didn't answer. I was hollered at that I no showed and she gave me no solution. She did not even ask kindly if I would pay the fee which I would have from the start if I knew. I felt completely attacked because she went in circles of how I didn't pay. I barely said a few words to her the entire interaction. I work in the aesthetic industry and the normal response would have been that I see you didn't pay for your no show and come to an understanding as I did notify her, but she said I didn't. She has tens of appointments daily that I can see and told me one person needed my specific appointment... This could have been waived as I've never seen her. I left with my mouth dropped with how she reacted to me being there. I understand your system, but I didn't understand your behavior. I had tried calling over 5 times over the last few months to schedule and was never called back after leaving messages and your website/scheduling system was not set up to allow to make appointment requests prior to a month ago and then I'm hollered at because I missed an appointment. I am esthetician myself and appreciate the business but don't appreciate this customer service.

Despite having a confirmed appointment, no one showed up. I waited until about 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment time before finally leaving. To make matters worse, the salon didn't contact me until 45 minutes after my appointment was supposed to begin. By that point, I had already left after waiting well beyond a reasonable amount of time. If I had been the one to no-show, I would have been charged a $195 no-show fee. Yet when the salon failed to show up for my appointment, there was no comparable accountability. Afterward, they apologized and offered me a complimentary session to make up for the inconvenience. I appreciated the gesture, but when I later texted to schedule that complimentary appointment, my messages were ignored. Offering to make things right doesn't mean much if you don't follow through. I also want to address their explanation about the bags outside. They said they weren't trash but clean towels from their towel service waiting to be brought inside. I actually find that explanation even more concerning. I arrived early and didn't leave until about 20 minutes after my appointment time, meaning those clean towels had been sitting outside on the street for well over an hour. If those towels were intended for customer use, leaving them outside exposed to the environment and the public for that length of time doesn't reflect the level of cleanliness I expect from a salon. I wasn't able to come back later that same day for the complimentary appointment because, after waiting so long with no one arriving, I had already walked down the street and gotten my lashes done by another lash artist. Overall, this experience reflected poor appointment management, poor communication, and a lack of follow-through. Having a confirmed appointment, completing the required paperwork, waiting over half an hour with no one showing up, not hearing from the salon until 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment, and then being ignored when trying to redeem the promised complimentary service was incredibly disappointing. I hope they improve their customer service so future clients don't have the same experience.
