Hoping to add fuel to fire so management will improve this chain? Arrived for my appointment 5 mins early and waited 30 minutes. I was told they were down a stylist so hence the wait, but based on reviews here, it sounds like they usually run behind. All good. My stylist had me select from their options and said "it's all the same" They then washed my hair - and can't lie, the scalp massage was great! The water temp though was so bad, as others have said it just oscillated from way too hot to way too cold. The styling itself was not great, both in process and result. They burned my scalp multiple times and I was shocked when they were done cause the hair was falling in my face and I would literally have to clip it up to see. When I pointed out that I needed more volume at the roots, they said "we can't do anything about that, your hair is flat." I laughed cause I knew it was hopeless after that and just left. I went home and styled my hair myself Do not come here to treat yourself! Actually don't come here at all. PLEASE drybar just improve this location a bit!!!

My daughter and I booked blowouts in advance to celebrate her college graduation a once-in-a-lifetime milestone. We planned ahead, scheduled early, and had high hopes. When we arrived, we were told they were running behind and short-staffed with only 3 stylists working. We were asked to come back, and I made sure to personally write down my number so they could call us. Rather than waste time, my daughter and I went to get her nails done while we waited for the call. The call never came. We walked back ourselves to check in, and a stylist claimed she had called me. When I asked her to show me the call log, she grabbed the phone and hit dial and my phone started ringing right there in front of her. She said "see, I called you!" but the last four digits dialed were wrong. My number was not the one that had been called previously. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, she told me she was not going to argue and that she would NOT be doing our hair because her client was now there for her appointment. I broke down in tears right there. This was my daughter's graduation day. I cannot style my own hair and was counting on this appointment. I chose to leave rather than make the situation worse. I am still heartbroken that this special day was impacted by carelessness and terrible customer service. I would not recommend this location for anything important.

He is a true professional who always delivers exactly what I'm looking for, and my hair has never looked better. Every product used was cheap. The owner refuses to accept this review. Also my friend who went after me had the same experience and had to re do her makeup prior to the event. Save yourself from ruining ur special day and shop wisely when getting your makeup done on your special day. It really can ruin it for you. I was hoping for beige highlights and got bright blonde. I asked for a refund and was only offered a "fix it at no cost". I declined. Intervention: Reached out to Vance who did my hair in the past. Don't ask me why I just didn't come back. Vance was able to see me pretty quick and did an AMAZING job!! He gave me beige highlights and darkened the base which I just love. I'm tanned skin so the blonde highlights was not flattering. Evaluation: I am forever grateful for Vance. He is very skilled at his craft. The result was exactly what I was hoping for from the very beginning when I stepped into the other salon. Note to self....i will never see any other stylist. My stomach is still turning this morning. People should not be treated like this. I came for my keratin treatment, which I have gotten 2 other times since first leaving my review 7 months ago. This would be my 4th. He came to me & seemed upset asking what Groupon package did I buy "4x a year?" No greeting no nothing. Mind you, their Groupon terms for keratin clearly states it can be repurchased every 30 days. (See attached image) I show him exactly which Groupon I had been using. He then proceeds to carelessly slather & slap on the treatment on to the top layer of my hair. Followed by aggressively combing my head to get the treatment distributed. He clearly didn't care & wanted it over ASAP, both were done in 5 mins. I sat on that chair receiving his obvious distaste & was appalled. I have been here multiple times before, I know what quality of service to expect. I treat everyone warmly & tip appropriately. I would NOT come back if I felt animosity because I come using a service THEY are offering off of Groupon. Not only was that outburst of emotions uncalled for but I caught him taking pictures of me TWICE on his phone as he sat by the window while I was processing under the dryer. I feel so upset by this whole experience. People do not treat themselves to a service at a salon because they want to walk out the door feeling bad after being treated poorly!

I met Supattra!! I was a walk-in customer and after a phone call Supattra walked in 10 minutes later. She transformed me from tired and run down to fresh and vibrant.
