The actual finished nail was good and they got me in at the last minute. But now I know why. My nail technician said two words to me and every time she looked away from my nails she looked at her phone screen to watch a show. She had headphones in her ears. I had to ask specifically for her to do my cuticles, the hand massage was about 10 seconds long, and I had to ask her to remove the mistake on the edges with acetone. It seemed as though she was trying to get it done as quickly as possible and it was not enjoyable experience. read more

I went to Holly Nails with my future daughter in law and the bridal party the day before the wedding so we could all get dolled up. The staff was nice, polite and very friendly. However I'm afraid I can not give this salon a good review. My nails looked okay but by the next morning all of them were cracked and several of them were chipping. One of the bride's maids had the same thing going on and my daughter in law had to return after a few days because the tips they put on for her were coming off. We won't be returning. Friendly is good, but quality is very poor. Save yourself the frustration and find somewhere else to go. read more

Today I went inside with my two girls we used hand sanitizer as soon as we walked inside.When we went inside no one was at the desk to attend customers than we just hear a lady from inside yell "wash your hands" and I thought she was saying it to some else since there was two people that walked in at the same time as we did But I did not see them wash their hands before picking a nail polish. We were waiting for service and this woman came to us and asked if we speak English I replied with "yes we do" she said you was supposed to wash your hand before touching the nail polish but she said it in a not very nice way, I replied with "we used hand sanitizer as well as the other customers did. I wonder if there was a reason or if is just a discrimination situation because definitely I did not see her yell at the other costumer that came in at the same time we did.she just came to us.I will definitely not return to this place or recommend it to friends and family. read more

Last weekend, my mom and I went to get pedicures before a wedding. When we arrived, the cashier acted less than friendly and like it was an inconvenience that he had to stop watching a video on his phone to help us. When I asked about possibly adding on two manicures as they did not appear to be busy and it was only a little after opening time, he told me they wouldn't be able to fit us in until 2:30. During the time we were getting our pedicures, we watched him turn away six customers by saying they were totally booked, yet two employees sat on their phones and he went back to sleeping at one of the manicure stations after turning customers away. To top it off, they did not do very well on our pedicures. We left with our feet still rough, and my mom had as much polish on her skin as she did her nails (they removed it, but it still left a slight stain). Holly's was great when they first opened, and they had the best service, but I don't know what has happened. We definitely won't be going back. read more

I went in without an appointment ON A SATURDAY, and they accommodated me within 15 minutes. Tracy did an acrylic nail fill in for me with gel polish. She took a lot of time and corrected the shape and length of my nails. They are now beautiful and everything I hoped for. I will be more than happy to return and recommend Holly's Nails (and Tracy) to all of my friends. In the future, I will do them the courtesy of making an appointment if I need to return on a weekend. read more

I was extremely disappointed with the services provided at Holly's Nails. As a working mother, I hadn't had a pedicure in well over 2 months and was so looking forward to finally getting a much overdue pedicure while relaxing in the massaging chair. Crystal was my nail tech and she complained about how bad my feet were, very loudly, in the crowded salon. The girl sitting next to me even seemed shocked at her blatant rudeness. She said things like "girl, when was your last pedicure?" "Your feet are terrible!" Embarrassed, and trying to make light of the situation I responded, "It's been awhile, that's why I'm here. At least they aren't gross or anything" to which she responded "oh they are!" I have never been so embarrassed at a nail salon in my life! I would love to get pedicures regularly, but unfortunately I'm at a stage in life where that isn't possible. What should have been a relaxing treat to myself sent me home crying and mad that I spent $40 to be ridiculed. Shame on you Crystal! Not only did you make this momma feel gross and neglected, but you complained, loudly, the entire pedicure; about my feet, about how tired you were, and about your ex-husband. I will never go to Holly's Nails again for fear that YOU will be my nail tech again. And you didn't even do a good job. Totally not worth my $40. read more

I went in with my daughter and I got a pedicure and she got a polish change. My pedicure lasted the same amount of time as her polish change. The girl doing my nails barely filed them. None of my nails are straight and she never cut my cuticles. I asked her for a toe separator when she was polishing. She said ok and never gave me one and my polish smudged. Have a gift certificate that I've tried to use on multiple occasions...never have an appointment that works for my schedule, and NEVER have a walk-in time that is less than a 2 hour wait. Not just a one time occurrence. I've now had it happen so many times that I've asked for cash for my gift card so I can actually get a pedicure. And of course....no. Interestingly enough, sometimes when I go in it's not busy. But no time for an service. I was told "it's very hard to get a pedicure without an appointment" by the front desk. This is a great nail salon! I have had several mani/pedis with a total of 4 different techs. I have gone here about 8 times. Overall, very consistent! Only had one sub par experience (by the older lady that works there) and another tech ended up repainting my toes after I said something. They use LED lights for shellac which is a must! They have a very large selection for shellac and polish! A clean fresh package of instruments are opened for each client. The pedi menu offers a few different options including paraffin wax, herbal mani, extra scrub mask, etc. I always get the basic and it is perfect! Complete with hot towels, a lime in the water, and a nice massage! The pricing is the cheapest that I have seen. My family always requests to go when they come to visit because they do such a great job! don't forget to ask for the frequent visitor card which gives you a discount after 5 visits! Without an appointment you will be waiting awhile or might not even get in! I always make an appointment day of and can get in! There are a lot of regulars here which is always a good sign! I've been here a couple times. The first time, my pedicure was rushed and so was my manicure. The polish chipped the very next day. I went again yesterday to just get a pedicure. He asked which pedicure I wanted, and I stated Basic. The pedicure was good, but he took it upon himself to upgrade me to the Special pedicure. When I got to the front to pay, I was prepared to pay for the Basic, but they insisted I pay for the Special. Instead of speaking to me about it in English, they spoke about it between them. This was not right, as I clearly only wanted the Basic pedicure. I won't be back. read more

This place used to be great...a few years ago. Don't bother just dropping by. You won't be able to get in as the are understaffed and constantly losing the employees they hire. If by chance you can manage to get an appointment just hope that by the time you get there that they honor it. I made an appt two weeks ahead of time and upon appt time told can't do and earliest appt for make up appt would be days away. Not ok. I love Holly's Nails; however, it seems there is always an hour wait if you don't have an appointment and it's not always easy to get an appointment as they are really bad at answering their phone. I've just spent the past 2 hours off and on calling and am still getting no answer. I will likely have to go there in person this afternoon to make an appointment for later this week. read more

I don't think I'll be coming back after this visit. I was traded off by different nail technicians and it made me feel a little uncomfortable. The service was mediocre and inconsistent from the first time I went. The only thing I am at all particular about is the shape of my nails and I felt that when I pointed out anything, such as my nail being filed too thin or too Square, I was irritating the nail technician, and now I barely have any length on my nails. I also pointed out that one of the nails was too thick and was told no that's the way it's supposed to be. I also got a pedicure and it was too sloppy, I feel like I could have done the exact same job. My nails don't look consistent at all, my cuticles are not pushed back, and my nail polish is all over my toes. I've never had a big issue with getting my nails done before, so I guess I'll keep looking. read more

I just paid $44 for horrible looking nails and the worst pedicure I've ever had!!! I have my nails done regularly and I've had them done here before good experience the first time but never again!! I nails are rounded off when I asked for square. There are super narrow!!! and just seemed like he had idea what he was doing!! And then my pedicure.. I've given myself a better pedicure.. he scrubbed each foot for maybe 30 seconds each.. and I still have calloused spots on my feet... (I stand all day everyday at my place of work) I'm beyond frustrated. I told them I hated my nails and my pedicure and still charged me full price.... that's just unbelievable to me....
