I recently came here for a facial and overall it was a really nice experience. The place itself is very clean, well organized, and has such a pretty and relaxing atmosphere. As soon as you walk in, the space feels calm and welcoming, which is exactly what you want when you're going somewhere to relax and take care of your skin. The front desk staff were very kind and welcoming when I arrived. They made the check-in process smooth and were polite and helpful, which I really appreciated. The room was comfortable and everything felt very sanitary and professional. The only small thing I would mention is that I wish my facial therapist had been a little more friendly or interactive during the service. I did the first two with the owner, Oksana, and the 3rd with Jasmine where I added on dermaplaning. The last two times I also added on my chest/ décolletage area. Went there this morning and it was not great. The receptionist was wonderful but the girl doing my service Jasmin Leyva was not very welcoming. She seemed a little standoffish. As the service went on all she said about my scalp was that I had some buildup and we continued with the service. I was putting on the robe and mentioned to her that I did not know how to tie this and she completely ignored me. As she was washing my hair, I noticed she wasn't really getting the bottom of my head or rinsing but I let it slide. I have a dry sensitive spot at the bottom and had told her that prior. Told her the massage chair was hurting my lower back and asked if it can just focus on my upper.... she stated that it could not so I said to just turn it off due to the pain... well the chair brought my legs down so it was uncomfortable throughout the service. As she finished, I mentioned that if she rinsed the bottom correctly and she stated yes, but I still felt product sitting at the bottom. But we continued to "blow dry" my hair... she sectioned the bottom and was drying it but she left it damp and I noticed she was going to proceed with the next section so I stated that I needed the scalp dry so then she literally put the blow dryer right on my scalp and it was burning... at this point I just said to stop and that I was going to leave with my hair wet. My friend gifted me this for valentines due to my scalp having some dandruff so I had asked Jasmin about it and she said it could be the shampoo but that she didn't know cause she's not a cosmetologist. I understand but also I wanted some input on what I could do for my hair but I guess not. Overall this experience was not great with Jasmin. I would not recommend her. Did not feel welcomed and comfortable by her. read more

Such an incredible experience here I did their famous Hollywood facial, and it was awesome. My skin is glowing and it feels so moisturized after my visit. My aesthetician really took the time to understand my skin type and was super educational throughout the entire process. She made me feel really comfortable about all of the products because I have really sensitive skin. But at Hollywood facial, they really take the time to understand your skin conditions and choose products that work well for you. I personally don't use any acid in my skin and so she made sure to avoid putting any of the acid products in my routine. She also gave me a lot of good recommendations on how to make my results last longer and recommended different treatments to help with my redness and hyper pigmentation later on.
