Overall, the experience got off to a very rough start. My appointment was scheduled for 4:00, yet I wasn't seen until 4:35. What's the purpose of an appointment if you're not ready at the agreed-upon time? I can understand a 5-10 minute delay, but waiting over half an hour feels disrespectful of a client's time. While waiting, there was an employee in the room next to me eating her lunch. Totally fine--everyone deserves a break. That said, it would have been considerate to close the door and eat in private. Having to smell someone's meal while trying to relax before a treatment isn't ideal and it's absolutely beyond me why someone would want to smack their lips just feet away from customers. Fortunately, once I was finally seen, the injector was quick and efficient. However, it did feel like a fair amount of Botox went to waste, as I noticed a lot of it sitting on the surface of my skin rather than being fully injected. All in all, I probably won't return, this isn't my ideal spot. I'm honestly surprised by how many positive reviews this place has--it makes me wonder if there's some sort of discount or incentive being offered for favorable feedback. read more

Went here based off a gift from my husband. Super cute location was a bit difficult to get in as you need a code to get in the building that isn't something you are aware before going there. The ladies are all super friendly but can be a bit pushy which is why the lower stars. I asked about pricing but it felt like I was getting pushed to purchase which I didn't just yet. I had a treatment done that did result in some bruising which I honestly knew was going to happen based off of how I felt a tad bit of pain from receiving Botox which I typically never have unsure if it was a heavy hand or the needle was too big but regardless of that it wasn't major like a dot type bruising. I would return with a deal but prob would pay full price just because I don't want to feel pressured to purchase more than what I came in for. read more

I've been in dire need of a facial after stress from work and the change in climate that I decided to check out JE Beaute. One thing that really caught my attention is that they're one of the only spas in Orange County that offers the Valmont Facial. Valmont products contains natural ingredients from Switzerland and Aromatherapy products directly from Europe. Knowing that, I knew that this place would be super luxurious and relaxing. I ended up going with the 90 minutes signature Source of Bliss Facial which uses moisturizing boosters to help hydrate the skin and boy was I glad I did! I have normal to dry skin and this made my skin GLOW like no other after! The entire experience was super relaxing and unlike most facials, they actually massage your back, arms, and hands. You end up feeling incredibly relaxed after and they even have a shower in the restroom you can use to cleanse yourself. I'm so glad I found such a gem here in OC that not only uses amazing quality products but also has great customer service. Will definitely be back to try out the other facials! I had an amazing experience, CiCi was fantastic, she made me feel very relaxed the whole time. There was no discomfort during the procedure nor any downtime after. I Brought my mother in for facial and massage as a treat. the office is beautiful, peaceful, and quiet. we were offered some fresh tea as soon as we entered. the staff was courteous, happy, and helpful. my mother enjoyed the treatment so much, she said it was the best facial she had ever experienced. her skin was vibrant, and she was glowing. I came back myself later on to test their services out and really enjoyed the experience. I like that I did not have to wait during my appointment. I showed up and was immediately brought into a tranquil room for my treatment. I strongly recommend this spa for any of your beauty needs! we have purchased some of their products to use at home. At first, she had been concerned about the cleanliness of all salon, but after she entered the store, she immediately felt relieved. Everything was so clean and neat! I went here last week and was so happy with the results. I got there was warmly greeted into a clean and beautiful environment. Staff was friendly all around. I went into the facial room got prepped and the esthetician started with a nice back rub. She was a great masseuse. Facial began and they used really quality high end products. She did some extracting towards the end and I have to say she was very thorough. I have been to many places that either don't do a great job extracting or they simply won't do it at all. Facial finished up and I was welcomed into the beautiful lounge for tea, water and snacks. They then approached with a package offer which saves you quite a bit of money if you plan to return. I opted for the package and will be going back for sure! Thanks for a great experience. The staff mainly speaks Chinese, but they are also really proficient in English so don't let that scare you from going. It is a high end facial and done with precision and care! read more

Not only are the staff so professional and knowledgable but the quality of the products and services are just top-notch! (there aren't many places out there that uses Valmont products - the most famous being at the fancy Hotel Bel-Air - so I had to check this place out myself after hearing that they use their products). They really exceeded my expectations with how clean the rooms were, the variety of treatments they offered, and most importantly, how friendly the staff were! I saw the Facebook Ad and called the spa for more information. The girl, Vivian, the front desk picked up the phone. She was so amazing and able to set up a consultation. On the day of the Facial, I had a 5-minute consultation with their specialist Eva. You can tell she is very passionate about her work. Eva highly recommends that I do the Hydration since I just got back from a stressful 3 days business trip. Right after entering the lounge area, a sense of relaxation takes over. The facial treatment was so special, the technique is very interesting. I enjoy every moment of it. Two Thumbs up to Angel, my aesthetician of the day. She is well trained. The whole experience was so wonderful. It's difficult to find a spa like this with great customer service and well-trained staff members in Irvine and Newport Beach area.
