I called this nail salon approximately one hour prior to closing asking if they had space for one pedicure. They were extremely accommodating, and let me know that I could absolutely receive a pedicure even though they were close to closing time (they are open until 6pm on Saturday). When I arrived, they were already preparing the basin of warm water and instantly offered me a beverage. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they offer tea, cold beverages, and even Champagne/mimosas! I initially requested a mimosa for my beverage of choice, and was pleasantly surprised when I was offered water halfway through my service! This was another moment in which the staff members went above and beyond in their customer service The nail technician was exceptionally gentle and kind. She was a perfectionist, and made sure my nails looked wonderful! I only had time for the Express Pedicure today, but would love to return for more services! I've only been going to Butter Boutique for a few months and Ive always enjoyed my experience. I do not feel the same about this last visit. They asked if they could push my appointment back by 30 minutes which I said was ok. I did have an appointment afterwards but the timing still aligned. My pedicure started 15 minutes late. I asked for an extra footscrub and it was very underwhelming. I never got my foot massage which is included in the package I bought. I politely told my manicuirsut about the mishaps and she told the lady doing my pedicure. She was speaking a different language but it was very obvious she was upset with me. She kept talking in a very uncomfortable tone for any customer to hear. When she was finished, she gathered her stuff, never looked up to say anything to me and walked to the back. And she kept talking loudly making it very awkward in the salon. On top of everything, I had to switch to a buff manicure because we did run out of time for my gels. My manicureist didn't even do the shine, which is the best part of a buff manicure. They did give me a discount and I really appreciate it. read more

What a gem nestled in central Orange County! Glad I came across Butter Beauty Boutique. Easily made an appointment and looked at some of the reviews. Was on time for my appointment and did not have to wait, and I was given color books to look though. Tiffany then came over to greet me with champagne. After her helpful explanation and the fact that my nails were a good length and I want to keep them short, I opted for dip powder which I have done many times in the past, many of the times the dip has not lasted more than 2 weeks. Tiffany did an excellent job on my cuticle care as well as the ombré pink and white I chose.. Tiffany did my pedicure with gel polish and I also loved how it came out. The shop is absolutely gorgeous and there was plenty of parking in the back. Bao was very welcoming and he got started on my lashes immediately. I went for the classic lash extensions, and what amazed me was that he finished within an hour, maybe even less, and the quality was exceptional! My eyes do not feel heavy, and right now it feels like I don't even have extensions on. Bao did wonderful on my eyebrows as well. I didn't want to leave a review because it's a new business but I am hoping I can save those from My experience. I have 3 cuts and my nail is in pain from the lack of care and professionalism I feel so embarrassed to have these nails I have to get them re done from another place. They do not: Trim cuticles correctly Properly soak your feet ( they barely put any water) They don't listen when you say something hurts or is uncomfortable. The lady was so rough and cut me twice with electric drill. They rush the polish and leave it clumpy Also they don't file straight. Lastly the massage was so bad. She rubbed the top Of my feet and when I told her it hurt she just smiled When you try to speak up they talk about you and make faces to the other works. This place is a chop shop. Don't let the location fool you I spoke up about not liking them and she assured me that THIS IS HOW THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO LOOK . Update : my nail has fallen off. ( I posted a pic, you can see how sharp the ends are where it was stabbing me. Any other tech would file that and listen when I said it hurts. The owner responded to my review but doesn't acknowledge the cuts and claims I'm lying about other places doing only acrylic or just a press on nail. This is possible if you file the toe down correctly but the nails was left bumpy and not properly filed. I had to ask her to cut the cuticles and file it but she barely did it so of course my nail was raised. I didn't notice until after I looked under the nail. Letting a client leave with so much space is dangerous and caused my nail to fall off. I also posted a pic of my trying to re schedule since you felt the need to mention it in your response. Also I felt the need to leave your shop because the lack of professionalism. I felt very uncomfortable in your shop but I didn't damage them . This is just how you polished them. read more

I have gotten my lashes done by Bao at another shop before he moved to this new shop, and he never ceases to amaze me. He finished my lashes under one hour and they look perfect with no irritation at all! He even offered to wax my eyebrows and they look gorgeous!
