Checking out here difficult it always seems slow and there's always a line. I find that frustrating so I tend to avoid coming here due to that fact alone. We waited for 6 long months for this full groom and cut to happen which was $90+ my family was mortified when he came home. The groomer tending to his dematting sessions was really nice & patient however, I made sure if she is really good with cuts. I went back to the store to discuss the end result with the manager Brie, she says she'll see what she can do. 2 weeks came by never heard back. So I followed up. She says the owner doesn't do refunds or the option was to get another cut from a different store! Unbelievably disappointing and will never ever come back here.

Many were dirty, smelly, or harsh. Zoom Room Dog Training was the opposite. It is clean and spacious facility and the staff warm, kind, and professional. My first orientation meet and greet sold me. She took so much time getting to know me and my boy Bailey. I could tell they would love him like I do. I signed up for 10 sessions. We've participated in two of our group sessions. Bailey has had fun learning. While it is too early to determine how successful the training will be, I'm encouraged by their methods and the faculty. Check back for my final review.
