We waited for 6 long months for this full groom and cut to happen which was $90+ my family was mortified when he came home. The groomer tending to his dematting sessions was really nice & patient however, I made sure if she is really good with cuts. I went back to the store to discuss the end result with the manager Brie, she says she'll see what she can do. 2 weeks came by never heard back. So I followed up. She took so much time getting to know me and my boy Bailey. I could tell they would love him like I do. I signed up for 10 sessions. We've participated in two of our group sessions.
