Friendly employees and great location. Inside is clean and well organized and employees are always willing to help. They even walk you to the area if you mention you are looking for something. On a side note, it's a good place for dog training. In 2018 we did the Adult Dog Training Level 1 for our girl. I was very happy with the group training and have been coming back ever since.

As someone who gets a haircut at greatclips and then mastered the art of home haircuts over the pandemic, haircuts for pets aren't cheap! It costs logan $48 for a haircut after discounts from his vital.care subscription which is a lot more than I've ever paid for my own personal hair services but Logan deserves the best! Honesty, petco services are considered low. Plus, they do a pretty good job. Peep Logan and his bandana

They sold us 2 sick Guinea pigs. called corporate and they refuse to help us since we don't have receipt but we have credit card statement showing purchase. My kids are upset we have sick piggies they cannot even hold.

Hard to walk out without a cute cat.

In the new eastern Easton section, this Petco just opened and is now the closest one to me. Since Sweetie and I have three dogs and a cat we hit up pet stores fairly often for supplies. Petsmart has been at Easton awhile, but they don't always have the best selection or prices. Don't get me wrong, they're pretty good, but some brands of food, etc., we can only get at Pet People or Petco. So we'll be here a lot, I'm sure. Today I stopped in since I was nearby, and we had heard it opened. It's as busy as you might expect of Easton on a Saturday, and the parking lot of the new section is not well marked, so be careful. The store is pretty big and well-organized, and I got what I needed. Plus, I spent half the time playing with the adoptable kittens up front. Good thing Sweetie didn't come- even though she's mainly a dog person, she has been oohing and aahing over every kitten we see. I told her that's how they get you, and that they eventually become cats like ours, but she doesn't listen. Prices are pretty good especially if you watch the sales, service is great, and selection, as I said, is good. You can bring your dog in, which is always fun, and on the whole I look forward to going to any pet store. This one is a nice addition.

This is my dog that is not allowed to come back for grooming because he "doesn't like cages"

I have taken my two little dogs here twice before and both times they got good report cards. I had an appointment for one coming up and got a call today that they were going to have to cancel my other dog's appointment because he doesn't like to stay in the cage after grooming. My dog weighs 12 pounds and does nothing but kiss and hug people. He has zero aggression whatsoever. I told the woman I rescued him from Korea as he was in the dog meat trade and she just basically said hire a grooming service to come to my house. I've had him since December 2019 and have taken him every 6 weeks to groomers in Los Angeles and not one place has ever complained of this. You can check my previous reviews of "zoom 2 groom" and "spoiled paws grooming co" both of them eagerly awaited to groom my dogs and had nothing but pleasant things to say. Petco messed up. I won't be patronizing this company ever again and I buy a lot a toys and food. There are plenty of other dog friendly stores out there. If this is how a supposed "pet friendly" store treats their customers and dogs, it's quite a tragedy.

Horrible grooming experience here ever today. We waited for this appointment for 2 weeks and today we finally brought our dog in, the lady at the grooming reception refused to take the dog in just because our dog wants us to hold her as all other normal dogs would. She's give excuses that our dog is nervous and not ready for a bath. Horrible horrible experience, also forwarded the same complain to Petco the store and the corporate. Avoid this location for grooming as much as possible!!! I'm waiting for an official apology from them, if there's no reasonable reason for that, I'm gonna sue the lady along with the store for racism.

Love this store because they have just about anything you could need for your pets. This store is nice and clean and very well organized. We have always had great help from their staff and one of our favorite things is their "kitty adoption facility" where they have Rescue cats of all ages available for adoption!

I love that especially bc my dog isn't trained for muzzles and I wouldn't want him in one just for grooming. Best way to get ahold of them is text message imo. Best dog training, boarding and daycare in Columbus!…read more First impressions are everything, and when stepping into All-Purpose K9 facility you don't hear dogs barking - all is calm. I've never experienced this at another dog daycare before! I was elated that all dogs were not crammed together and had space, along with the trainers being close by. My German Shepherd Husky mixes have loved learning all that Paige and team have put in front (more like to the side ) of them. Their controlled walking has been a night and day difference, especially when there are other distractions around. We've continued to work on everything that we have learned; heel, sit, place, and come. The individual one on one training sessions after boarding for 3 weeks has been amazing, as it has been a good transition to work on things at home. Reach out to Paige and All Purpose K9 today!!

Since I live and work downtown, it's really nice to take him to a place that's only a four minute drive! They have a spacious parking lot and it's super easy to get him in and out. The facility is awesome! They have a little store just inside the entrance and behind that is their boarding area which is in front of the daycare parks and next to the grooming station. You cannot beat the prices and service here. I was going on a last minute out of town trip and needed boarding services and they allowed me to bring Dozer in before they opened. They were so gracious to work with me. I loved watching him on the cameras. He had a blast playing with new friends and running around. Their outdoor area is awesome! It's turf so Dozer's grass allergies weren't agitated. I learned that they clean it regularly and that it has a draining system. Very cool! I was so comfortable leaving my little man there and I know he had a great time! Their grooming is awesome too! Their prices are so good and they really took care of my nervous guy. He left looking and smelling fresh! I can't recommend this place enough! And they're open 365 days a year! If you're looking for daycare, boarding or grooming services, this place is the best - hands down!

They have a very unique approach to doggie daycare. No cages! I was concerned at first until I saw how Christie and her staff gradually introduced other dogs to Arnold and were very aware of behaviors. I watched from a tv monitor in the lobby area. Next thing I know there are 5-7 dogs with Arnold and he was loving it. They let the dogs spend hours together the first day and today he was there a full day. I'll be boarding him overnight Friday and Saturday. The staff is very attentive to all the dogs and know how to redirect if playing gets a little escalated. Today I was working and was able to check on Arnold from my phone, watching the cams in all of the rooms. I love that he can play all day instead of being caged for 2/3 of his stay. I highly recommend CRAM to anyone who has a socialized dog, to treat them to a real play day or two. I look forward to using them more in the future!

They were waiting for me to keep apologizing however when someone messes up your dog, there is no apology that will work, you are furious which I was. Did I flip out? Yes.....more than I would any other time, after hair grows back. The comments from the groomer were what really set me off see below 'the jokes on you....I've groomed ur dog before and you loved it" "like I said I'm sorry.... lol....okay maam These were her responses to me, verbatim. So for me to be extremely angry when I picked him up is an understatement. I guess at the end of the day I should have known better to take him to a groomer I did not have any history with.
