You soak your feet in a tub of warm water. The chairs aren't the typical massage chairs you see at other salons. This wasn't a problem for me as it was still comfortable. I elected to get the gentlemen's pedicure which I was told came with a bit extra's from a scrub and extended massage. Unfortunately, it felt like they were rushing here. My pedicure was complete in ~23 minutes. While I am not an expert, that seemed like they wanted us out or were ready to start closing. It would have been better if they told us they weren't taking anymore appointments if this was the case. The service was fine. The technicians were friendly. It's a smaller nail shop than others I've been to which I appreciate because they take their time to do the job well and it's a relaxed environment.
