Update from response received by owner: Feb 15, 2026 After reading the response from Van the owner, I am not surprised whatsoever with the response. 1) As mentioned on the review, I tried to post my review and for whatever reason it did not work correctly; therefore the review was noted on a later date. 2) My review is what I experienced and its entirety, yes there was a discussion on how much should be tipped by the staff ( Which is extremely extremely unprofessional, all while trying to have a relaxing experience or not) 3) experiences change 4) If a customer is stating it took 45-50 mins travel time ( take what is being said at face value by the customer), one cannot assume that client is coming from their home as the starting point was never mentioned nor should it be assumed there is such confusion by the client with any other salon. 5) Although I thought the amount was $90, it was $80, but I think the receipt below should validate I was a customer at your establishment. 6) Recommendation, in the future I highly recommend you reach out to the client in a private message for any additional clarity you may need and take accountability, not dissect every word of an honest review given by a customer. Once again, my opinion has not changed and there is unfortunately no remedy to this situation after having to read the comment from the owner. Definitely make an appointment! They were so busy when I went so I'm glad I had an appointment. One of the managers did my gel manicure, and gave me phenomenal service! He was great conversationalist, really openly valued me coming to their salon which was sweet and appreciated. He was so fast, i was AMAZED at how he did such a good gel manicure in such little time. Man it is hard to find a good salon in this are! Happened to drive by and though the sign looks worse for ware, this place is actually really clean and nice inside. Staff is super friendly, and they happened to be offering a 10% discount. Massage chairs actually function. My pedicurist Melissa took her time and gave a great massage! She was patient with me while I figured out what color I wanted. I was pleasantly surprised that the basic regular pedicure included a wax treatment which is usually a huge extra charge. Tony took care of my nails and is very knowledgeable on everything from gel to hard gel sets. Mani turned out great and he really hustled for me given my tight time frame. If you are driving parking in the front is minimal. Call ahead and ask them to give you a parking pass for the back, ample parking there. I highly recommend to the owners they get a new sign outside! I have pretty weak nails, and they recommended the builder gel, which worked so well. I went with a cat-eye gel and it came out so pretty, the video didn't even do it justice. I was searching for a nail salon in falls church because I just moved to the area - this one is walking distance from my house. I did my research and gave them a try - Tony did an amazing job. I am extremely picky about my nails but I'm also allergic to anything that needs to be cured - so I needed someone who was very experienced with doing dip nails. Tony was extremely patient with me and listen to why I only did dip and how exactly I wanted my nail shape. He blew me away honestly. I have always gotten my nails done there but the last time I went there a lady did my " nails" I paid "$117" plus I tipped her "$20" and they looked awful and I kept telling Lee they loooked bad and they kept ignoring me... The next day I call and make an appointment for 12:30 so they can fix their mistake on my nails and when I got there they told me " they could not do it I had to come back because they were busy " $117 for red cat eye on gel ex - not recommended and the two bows I got you could see the glue alll over my two nails.... Awful! And one of the " bows" is crooked and the nails itself look bulky. I deserve my money back for this at this point! read more

Someone in my neighborhood recommend this nail spot and I was in search of a new nail place after many attempts are others. Thank you to Mai who did a good job on my mani pedi. It's a bit far from where I live but I'll drive if I'm satisfied with the service provided. I'm giving it 4.75 stars, there is only one thing I would recommend improving. But here's why I give it 4.75 stars: 1. Mai is good at her job. She's understanding, patient, takes her time with her work. She also communicated with me prior to my appointment about potentially rescheduling due to the busy schedule she had but in the end, I kept my appointment and it worked out great. I did not feel rushed, we had a good conversation, and it was a literally painless appointment. I've had other nail technicians dig too far or cut too much so that it started to bleed but Mai was really great about the level of work she did. 2. Salon is clean, everyone is socially distant. All the tools were new when she used them on my hands and feet. 3. Price for mani pedi is very reasonable. 4. Easy parking right in front of the salon, no having to find street parking. So the .25 stars is because the top layer of the polish on my nails does look uneven towards the cuticle. I'm not sure if it was the lighting or maybe how it dried, or maybe it was the application of the polish but it kind of looks like polish was rushed at the end since this seems to be a top layer. I would like the polish to cover up to the cuticle like the bottom layer. This is on the majority of my nails. I found a GROUPON and decided to give this place a try. It is a simple nail salon, however my technician was great! She was really chatty, super sweet and funny. She mentioned the place have been open for 8 month. My pedicure was sooo relaxing, she has the touch that for sure, her name is Y. Although I Choose a blue also for my nails and I end up with green for some reason. Still the color was nice The water for my pedicure was warm, she used a super soft scrub, lotion and a hot towel. I am incredibly happy with the service at Indulge Nails & Spa! It's been months since I've had a pedicure, and I've been hesitant to go anywhere due to the current conditions. My roommate did some research and reached out to the salon to inquire about additive cautionary measures they are taking due to covid. This includes: - Salon is running by appointments only - Masks worn by everyone at all times - Plastic panels between the nail tech and customer - Techs/Nail salon personnel also wear a face shield IN ADDITION to the masks - Pedicures are operating at half capacity (seating every other person- see photos) - You are required to sanitize your hands when you come in (they provide the sanitizer) - They require and enforce face masks with appropriate sinage and even sell masks at $1 each if you don't have one on you They really went above and beyond with preventative measures, which made me feel much more safe and comfortable. There were 3 nail Techs and all remained at appropriate distance and wore their protective wear at all times. You can even pay for your services via Venmo, so the entire thing is as contactless as possible. I received a Pedicure from them and was extremely pleased at the quality of service. They were clean, used basin covers, newly autoclaved tools from sealed bags, and sanitized the seats of the chairs too. They really took their time (my pedi took the better part of an hour) and ensured that my toes were properly taken care of. Very pleased with their service and will definitely be back, especially considering all additional precautions they take as well. read more

My boyfriend and I had appointments for pedicures this afternoon. Arrived promptly for our 3:30 appointments and were asked to take a seat and wait. While we were waiting a woman with a 4:00 appointment arrived. We were seated in the pedicure chairs around 3:50. A nail tech started pampering my BF, but I was just sitting there. I had to ask several times for water in the foot soaking bowl. The 4:00 appointment was getting service before me. When a nail tech finally started working with me at 4:30, I had to ask for additional hot water because my feet were soaking in what had become cold water. No one spoke to us the entire time we were in the salon, unless we asked a question that required a response. The pedicure I received was decent: not the best I've ever had, but not the worst. I definitely will not be returning to this nail salon. read more

My friend that I like to call Rachael 2.0 has a theory that one can get good hair and skin treatments in spa like salons but nail salons need to to a little rough around the edges to give long lasting treatments. Enter Indulge salon, proving this theory wrong! The interior is spotlessly clean and truly tranquil. Pedicure treatments include many options for soothing soaks and lotions during massage. The decor is lovely and the workers offer beverages (and remember client preferences--it's the little things). Parking is easy and free. So how were my nails?! I generally so for the second most expensive pedicure when trying a salon. I like some upgrades like a generous massage of my tired feet and calves. I was so happy with my gel pedicure and matching mani, from the callous removal and exfoliation to the attention to detail when painting. The second time I went my mani chipped a little sooner than I expected for a gel finish, but I am bad about wearing rubber gloves with cleaning so some of that is on me. Prices here are competitive. I found out this place is under new management as of April 2018. I was a usual client previous to the new ladies but I hadn't walked in since before April so this past visit (1 week ago (Aug. 2018)) definitely surprised me! The salon has never looked better, it looks so much cleaner and the space looks so much more inviting and open than what it had been before. They definitely revamped it!! The ladies are also a lot nicer and take their time in getting you what you want. I walked into a nail salon down the street near the target one time and I felt like they spat me out. So having the time to relax and get taken care of felt amazing. They also mentioned that they offer eye lash extensions (on certain days), massages, and waxing services. Also!! there are so many new nail polish colors (both gel and regular) so that was super exciting! They even have punch cards! For ever 5th visit, you get $5 off. They said they didn't do it even though it's advertised I'm the yelp pictures. So false advertising. Finally i asked for glitter ombre, also advertised. They said they could do it. I was looking for a new nail place to try & stumbled across Indulge N&S in Falls Church. My nails were tragic and basically non-existent when I walked in today (as you can see in the first photo)... I am a recovering nail biter and had a relapse after having been good for several months. Anyway, I wanted simple nude nails for a job interview I have on Monday. Mai suggested SNS dipping powder instead of acrylic because it is better for your nails and has a more natural appearance, so I went with it. I can't believe how beautiful the end result is! Mai is a total perfectionist (everyone there is great); my favorite part is that there is hardly a gap between my cuticle and the color, meaning the manicure will last a while. The place is still fantastic super clean and friendly management. Helen does an amazing job as does the rest of her staff. I've visited Indulge Nail Spa on a few occasions since it has been under new ownership. I was a frequent client under the previous owners. Mai has always been very precise and detail oriented when it comes to doing my gel manicures. I'm super picky...she makes sure my nails are neat and she makes sure I am satisfied before leaving. I visited Indulge on 2/18 after being completely unsatisfied with my first SNS experience by another nail salon (the day before). Mai took care of me. She completely removed the SNS gel from nails and gave me a new set. I am very impressed with my nails and will only be going to Mai from here on out. The only con that I can point out is, they don't have a lot of SNS colors to choose from. I suspect that will change soon with the growing popularity of SNS. read more

I found Indulge and was curious to check it out and the prices seemed reasonable and the reviews left high remarks! So, let's check it out. I got there an hour before closing due to work and travel time plus a previous errand. There was only one patron having work done when I arrived. They were welcoming and willing to take care of the requested mani/pedi. They have vibrating massage chairs and they offered a drink, just water. Not your typical adult beverage options.
