The shape and overall finish were not what I wanted, and I felt like the nail tech was rushing toward the end of my appointment. I went back the very next day to give them an opportunity to fix the problem. Instead of listening to my concerns and trying to make things right, the lady immediately became defensive and told me I should have said something the day before. I explained that they looked like they were getting ready to close and that I felt rushed, which is why I came back the following day. What bothered me the most was being told that she didn't see anything wrong with my nails. As the paying customer, I don't think someone else gets to decide whether I'm satisfied with the service I paid for. I clearly explained that I wasn't happy with them. Then I was told they would only fix one hand and not the other. At that point, I didn't even want them touching my nails anymore. I told them to just remove the color, and I decided I would pay another salon to fix them instead. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable. I simply wanted the nails I paid for to look good and for my concerns to be taken seriously. The lack of customer service and the way my concerns were dismissed is the main reason I'm leaving this review. If you're considering coming here, I would personally think twice. If something goes wrong with your nails, based on my experience, don't expect them to be very willing to make it right.

Originally, I booked a 60-minute massage, but after talking with her, I decided it made more sense to upgrade to 90 minutes. It was one of the best decisions I've made.
