Usually come here just for mani and pedi but today I desperately needed acrylic. You can see the picture and looks like I need a fill when I got them done today. My mom also got a pedicure the same day and she told me she will never be back the guy that was during her pedicure didn't even do anything. If you ever wondered what someone could be saying about anyone in another language. Just come here because you can hear it in plain English. I had to sit through listening to one of their nail techs who was very animated and spoke openly about spanish speakers calling them $&@# chihuahuas and saying they were feisty. The woman who's nails he was working on was actually saying some really interesting and nice things about some of the problems in America today but he decided to put her in a box in an attempt to bond with her by saying what he thought must be how she truly felt. She awkwardly tried to shift the conversation in a new direction. I'm sure she was embarrassed that her appearance had warranted him also subjecting her to these racist remarks when she clearly didn't share the same view. It was disgusting and pathetic on his part. It all started when she complimented him on his language and she told him it sounded like a song when they speak. That's when he proceeded to say unlike the Spanish language they sound like (curse word) chihuahuas. I was in absolute shock as there was no way he could know if anyone in the nail salon was Spanish speaking based on appearance or skin color. As there a variety of people in South America, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic etc. Pure ignorance and I won't subject myself to that environment again. Let alone spend another penny. Shame on him. Otherwise my nail tech was quiet, professional and did nice work. read more

Almost don't want to share because it's a hidden gem and I don't want you all to ruin this. Backstory: I have gone to Bella Lani since August and every time $150 later- whether it's gel nails, gel x, acrylic whatever my nails are lifting, chipping and gone by a week. Ridiculously so I kept going until this last time watching their operation of getting clients in and out like a revolving door. Point of my post: I finally decided to try a new place and I cannot recommend Cali pro nails (4019 SW Port Saint Lucie Blvd Unit 6 Port Saint Lucie, FL 34953) enoughhh. The way Paul was so attentive to cleaning my nails properly and made sure each stroke of gel polish was laid nicely and away from my cuticles and just superb service. The Mrs did my gel pedicure and when I tell you my toes look and feel great they undeniably do! I do not have crusty toes but she cleaned these bad boys like her life depended on it. Ladies, if you're looking for a quiet place, where you're not just another hot seat to slap on some nails and keep it pushing, I recommend you give them a try. Nails came out alright they are a bit Bumpy but unfortunately lady was vary rude and kept burning me with drill and she was vary hard she would pull my hand and would say I was not paying attention and that I needed to I was not on my phone or anything and she would be on her phone every 5 minutes I would not recommend going here because now my nails are vary sensitive most likely won't be going here again.... read more

I try to give my business to local shops near my house, but won't bother again with this place (I've been here several times). Called yesterday to scheduled a gel pedi appointment, confirmed a 9 am appt. with Lynn today. Arrived and was told I must have called the wrong number as I don't have an appt. Even showed the guy the outgoing phone number where I called yesterday (and spoke with him to schedule)....basically was told I was lying......really?????? Cali Pro is owned by a couple who are meticulous and will bend over backwards to accommodate their clients. They have a great variety of colors - not 10 different shades of 3 colors as purported - and they keep their shop clean. As to customer service? since there's only two of them and because they don't want customers waiting and trying to rush through volume, they will turn away potential clients if they're booked as they want to give their clients the best possible service - the foot rubs are heaven :) Mr. Cali isn't rude at all but rather there appears to be some cultural difference between some of the doofus's that have posted on this website. read more

I came to Cali pro my first time today. It's a Saturday @ 1pm and there was only one customer in the store which I found odd. I was asked to pick a color and was brought to a wall of about 30 "colors" (about 10 different shades of 3 colors) and decided to go to the dollar general next door to buy my own colors. When I came back to Cali pro about 10 minutes later I was told that I couldn't get my nails done anymore because they had a client coming in, but I couldn't wait for them to finish either. Needless to say I will never be coming back here and do not recommend coming here. read more
