This was my first visit here, and the great reviews convinced me to give them a try. I was paired with Jen, and from the moment we started talking, she understood exactly what I needed. She asked a few questions before we got started, and I explained that I really needed deep tissue work, especially in all of my tight and sore areas. Originally, I booked a 60-minute massage, but after talking with her, I decided it made more sense to upgrade to 90 minutes. It was one of the best decisions I've made. My entire body was sore from head to toe, and this was exactly what I needed. Jen found every knot and painful spot and patiently worked through each one. She applied just the right amount of pressure and never rushed. Once she got through the toughest areas, I became so relaxed that I actually fell asleep until she gently asked me to turn over. This was honestly one of the best massages I've ever had. I don't get massages nearly as often as I should, but after this experience, I can't imagine going anywhere else. Christine, the nail tech (maybe owner), delivered not only horrible service but also showcased a shocking level of unprofessionalism. I'm no nail tech, but even my teenage daughter could've done a better job. When I returned to address the issue, Christine yelled at me, called me a "Cheap Ass," and refused to take responsibility for her terrible workmanship. Pictures included--they're all uneven--and she still wanted me to pay for repairs! I can't make this stuff up. People, run the opposite direction. The yelling was so aggressive I should've called the cops for harassment. To make matters worse, she told me I wasn't welcome back--newsflash, Christine: I wouldn't return even if it were free! This place is an absolute disgrace to hard-working people. Save your money and most of all your SANITY. Go anywhere but here--even Walmart would offer a more professional experience. Nail salons are everywhere--there's no reason to waste your time or money on this disaster. Trust me, even if this were the last nail salon on Earth, I wouldn't step foot inside again.

Finding a good nail salon is so difficult. My current visit went started off great. I was directed to wait in a chair for the next technician. While waiting an older man named Vincent walked over and told me I would have wait for a long time. "At least 30 mins because these people have appointments..."I had to ask him to repeat himself a few times because his English was not great and his mask also made it hard to understand. He yelled "wait 30 mins"! His coworker, the male tech that did my nails stood up to intervene and correct him. He was totally out of order. So, I waited. He walked over to a young girl (teenager) waiting. She had the same issue and she could not understand him. Frustrated, Vincent leaned into her face and yelled, "WAIT!" So of course, I remained seated but I spoke up, looked him directly in the eye and said, "you are extremely rude." He got livid! And, went on a loud, cowardly rant stating I should not interfere because he wasn't talking to me, ending with "if you don't like it, get out of here!" Bless his heart. The young girl nervously laughed and mentioned to me in a soft voice that she knows him because he's a friend of the family. I didn't leave. I let them know I would skip the pedicure--just finish the polish. I remained calm and a few minutes later, a lady came over and finished my polish. Here's the deal. When you see something wrong, you have to speak up. That young girl may not realize that it is totally unacceptable to let a grown man (in public or in private) lean over and aggressively yell in your face. It's completely uncalled for. Any respectable man or woman who witnesses something like that has a duty to speak up. It's as simple as that.
