1 Star (because 0 isn't an option) - WORST Nail Salon Experience Ever Absolutely *DO NOT* waste your time or money at this place. I walked in expecting a relaxing, pampering experience. What I got instead was like a horror show. First of all, the place was *filthy*. The floors hadn't been mopped in what looked like weeks, there was nail dust everywhere, and the tools didn't look sanitized at all. I even saw a nail tech drop a buffer on the floor... and just keep using it. No disinfectant. Nothing. The tech who worked on me was clearly untrained or didn't care. She was rough, rushed the job, and left a large cut and my cuticles bleeding. When I flinched in excruciating pain, she rolled her eyes. I MAY HAVE TO GO TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM AND GET STITCHES. SHE KEPT USING THE SAME NAIL FILE THAT HAD MY BLOOD ON IT. Also, the place *smelled* awful -- not just from strong chemicals (which is expected to a degree), but like mildew and something rotting in the back. The chairs were cracked and sticky, the magazines were from 2014, and there was *literally* a roach crawling across the wall and what looked like mouse poop in the corners. Don't be fooled by the pretty pictures online. This place is a scam and a health hazard. Save your money, your nails, and your sanity -- and GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE!!!! read more

This is definitely the most unclean, chaotic, and unskilled nail salon I have ever been to. The vibe is absolutely terrible. The workers were arguing while I was supposed to be relaxing and getting my nails done. The gel has already started to peel and it hasn't even been a day. The nail techs appear to hardly be amateur and they are the most impolite people I have ever had the displeasure of speaking to. I thought this place would be nice from the pictures and other reviews but that could not be further from the truth. I wouldn't come back here if I was paid to do so. read more

I started doing healthy nails after 20 years. I tried many different places, but none of them took the time to do such as meticulous job as Tino does. They almost look like my natural nails. He does an amazing job! Tim does a great pedicure. You'll come back again and again for the foot massages. Maya is also great! The best part is that they are all so kind and polite. I don't like posting negative reviews but I treated my Mom for her Birthday to a Mani/pedi & she let her manicure dry for some time. Later that evening during dinner her manicure was a complete mess. I called the following day & they agreed to redo it upon her arrival the man I spoke with wasnt there & noone new anything about the situation. My Mom called me as she waits for her appt. & asked what she should do. I call over to tell them forget it just refund her the money I paid. Mom calls me back & tells me they now have someone redoing her nails. WOW won't be back for sure shouldn't be this difficult to have them correct their mistake obviously polish was to thick! read more

Tried this out for the first time. I usually get my pedicures at another salon but I was searching for something closer. I'm glad I found this place! The woman who worked on me was so detailed and attentive. She really scrubbed, grated and buffed my feet- much better than my usual salon. I get pedis every 2 weeks and I have never seen so much dead skin come off - which was a good thing!The massage was great. She really spent time on my feet and legs. I think I found a new place. I like the fact that they weren't too busy for a Saturday. I plan to come back again. My update. I went back a second time and I'm still impressed. I like places that are consistent. I had a different nail tech this time but they used the same technique- very detailed oriented and she scraped the heck out of my feet lol! My feet feel really soft. The staff is very welcoming. I had a pedicure with tom and it was amazing he took is time, you know some places rush through your pedi when they have other guest but that wasnt the case here. I didnt have time to get a full set and im iffy when it comes to nails. I would def. recommend for pedicures. I got my eyebrows done as well and ehhh its okay i wouldnt do my eyebrows here again. read more

If I could give a negative star i would, my fiancé went in to get her nails done and was treated poorly in overall general service but not only that the technician working on her was made aware multiple times that he was hurting her and he was being far too rough and proceeded to yank at her nail until finally, HE RIPPED IT OFF and there was zero anything done about it there was blood everywhere and they made us pay for every dime. ON TOP THAT HE LAUGHED ABOUT IT WHILE SHE SAT IN PAIN. If it wasnt illegal i wouldve turned that place upside down! Theres No respect! read more
