I showed up to my appointment and asked for a natural bushy brow, she waxed one side of my face nearly clean off. I have 90's style brows now, I grew my brows out for a month before I came in, and now I'm back to square one or less actually.... Very disappointed. I even spoke up about it not being anything like I asked and still paid $30 because the tech was being very defiant and wouldn't apologize.
