They took such good care of me, my family, and my bridesmaids. I had Salissa for my hair and Emily for my make up. They both spent a lot of time on my trial, working hard to perfect the look I was going for. By the time of my wedding day, I felt extremely relaxed and was able to just be present and have fun during the getting ready because I knew I was in such good hands. They made me look better than I could have dreamed, I was extremely happy with how everything turned out. Between significant wind during the ceremony and then lots of dancing at the reception, I was amazed how well my hair and make up held up. I heard the same thing from my bridesmaids about their own looks as well! I've also had multiple bridesmaids mention to me what a fun vibe this team was and how much they enjoyed working with them. They also nailed it with the timeline and finished all of us ahead of schedule! It made such a difference to have a warm, fun, and talented team for such an important part of the day. I went for a gel manicure and gel pedicure and they did not do any scrubbing of the foot or callus remover. This is an extra charge. The tech barely cut my cuticles on my feet and hands. The nail polish application was sloppy and when I pointed this out I was given an attitude and told the issue was the nail polish I brought. After a rush fix, when I attempted to book another appointment I was told they are booked for the entire summer. Which seemed odd to me. I then had my nanny book an appointment and she was able to with no problem. I think doing this was crappy and dishonest - simply because I was dissatisfied with their service.
