I went with the Pearl pedicure, and it was good. Everything felt clean and well done, and the staff was friendly and attentive. That said, for a $65 pedicure, it felt just a little overpriced for what you get. It wasn't a bad experience at all--just didn't fully match the price point in terms of extras or overall wow factor. It was a painful gel pedicure and my gel polish was still wet so my toes were messed up when I walked away. It was an expensive and sore experience on the 23rd of January. On 14 February I came back, and had a nice lady who did a great job that was painless. She did my feet nicely and is why I gave a higher rating. This place is not consistent you never know who gonna cut up your feet or if you will leave with what you want after paying over $50. I would give the nail tech today a 3.5 rating just for her particular experience. I think I will pause from this nail shop for a while unless I have I'm given a gift card.
