Seems simple enough, until you realize they are taking up a whole ice cream machine for this, AND they are doing like 100 retakes. This backed the line up majorly because the machine with the working vanilla, was the one they were using for filming. Instead of handing out the vanilla cones from the takes that weren't "good enough", they just threw it in the trash. We were at the front and even then had to wait 20 minutes to get ice cream. Was pretty ridiculous, and the wastage of food was shocking.

This is located right next to the America pavilion. We found seating a few feat away. The regal smoke house was making this whole area smell so good. Typical funnel cake sizing. They have the typical toppings such as powdered sugar, chocolate sauce and ice cream. Just wish they had some fresh strawberries or similar options. Overall good flavors. I noticed that this place was coming together over the last few weeks and today I stopped in for a fix. And no, I didn't take any pictures but like I told my friend Frank, it's got that same flow as Menchies - pick up a small container and start pouring and mixing your yogurt. The prices are comparable and the flavors today were more fruity so I had to live w/o my usual cake batter and red velvet cake mix. They did have Red Velvet cake and Snicker-doodle so I gave that a swirl with some chocolate mixed in - OMG, so good, isn't all really? The toppings are comparable, but as I understand they've only been open for a few days, maybe Monday from what one of the Flippers' folks mentioned. There's more seating inside which was great, especially when it's 100K degrees outside, but they have seating out in front as well and its less cramp than Menchies. The fro-yo tasted the same to me, most do, but it still tasted great. Some of the machines "spit" out the lesser used flavors, but once you start pouring, its just like a volcano of goodness. You're only handed one sample cup, not on a tray like Menchies, but they gave me as many as I asked for so sample away until you find perfection. I would imagine this place will get a lot of traffic as its situated next to FuddRucker's, Moe's, Flippers, and T.G.I.Fridays. And if you decide to sit in front you can stare at the running shoes in the adjacent Foot Locker window and think about how much running you want to do to handle all of the goodness on the end of your spoon. ** Update ** I stopped in with the same group of friends today after lunch at Moe's and it was off, way off. Four of the seven flavors we tasted were sour. I went inside to explain our experience to the person running the store. They do test some of the flavors, but not all of them, all of the time. I told him that two of my friends couldn't finish theirs and he didn't seem concerned. Nor did he come outside where we were sitting to chat about it. At any rate, I'm a service snob, business owners should take notice to what their patrons are saying and provide some kind of feedback. This was an epic fail in my book, my friends and I are probably going for FroYo at Menchies on Sandlake from now on, it's just soooo much more solid with a predictable good taste everytime we go.

Tamu Tamu is one of Animal Kingdom's quick service locations which serves mainly ice cream…read more However, during the breakfast hour, it also serves a few pastries and a hot sandwich. This spot is located just at the start of Africa, when you head over the bridge, its to the right. Chances are there is a line. We usually stop here for the breakfast sandwich if we are there early, but we have had ice cream here as well. For breakfast, they have a really delicious sausage, egg and cheese biscuit sandwich. This is what my husband and I always go for if stopping in the morning. This park does not offer tons of breakfast options so this spot is always busy. They also offer a Danish and then a pistachio croissant. These are both fine, they are good classic pastries. There is a lot of seating behind the location so you can grab something, sit down and enjoy or take it to go. The sandwiches are made and wrapped in foil in a different location and brought over, but these are still really great. It is warm and the cheese is melty, the sausage is great. This is a solid breakfast stop. For snacks they specialize in ice cream including the classic cups of Dole Whip and then our personal favorite, the pineapple crisp sundae. Pineapple Crisp Sundae: Pineapple Crisp Cake, Vanilla Ice Cream, Pineapple Caramel, Crispy Streusel Topping. We actually tried this for the first time, this past year and now we want it all the time. It was fantastic! My husband does not like sweets, but even he ate some mentioning how great it was. The streusel topping was a great addition to the dessert. They also offer some alcoholic offerings, even in the morning. They have a few desserts with rum floaters and a coffee with Amarula Cream Liquer. Overall this is a great stop if you want breakfast or if you want something sweet. I definitely recommend coming here, you will not be disappointed.

Nectar had exactly what we wanted. A fruit slushie with an Outshine popsicle stuck down inside!!! Cold on cold. Fruit on fruit. The best part was that the cast members knew exactly what we wanted... even down to how to get the best food photo of it with the booth! Something extra when an employee goes the extra mile to make your service memorable. The slushie was delicious and it was kinda fun that you didn't know what flavor of popsicle you would get. Perfect chill in the middle of a sweaty day.

They had them before you entered the parks and also in the parks!! Each park had a signature drink, so you had the opportunity to try different drinks. The only downfall was in Hollywood studios they had a signature drink but you had to be a Disney pass holder or something like that to get the drink. The guy asked me for whatever it was & I said no & I noticed a few people after me didn't have the pass so we couldn't get the drink so that was a little disappointing ! I tried the iced mocha, Irish cream cold brew, the espresso martini & the baileys Irish cream coffee which the latter two had alcohol in them but they were very good. We also got mango & peach tea several times in the different parks. The prices were reasonable for Disney. I like the fact that there is another coffee option besides Starbucks which also had locations in the parks.
