They let you sample as many flavors as you'd like, which makes choosing incredibly difficult! I finally decided on the Sea Salt with Caramel Ribbons in a kid's waffle cone since I was already so full. It was so creamy--the perfect balance of sweet caramel and flaky sea salt, all served in a freshly made waffle cone. I regret nothing. It was the best way to end my night at Disney Springs.

I understand there is a "fine" balance when making cookies for sandwiches. Slightly hard and crunchy so it doesn't break too much but pliable enough to sink your teeth into the dough and ice cream. My favorite was the orange with vanilla and chocolate sauce, it tasted like a creamsicle. The dole whip does melt fast, especially in the Florida summers.
