Well, I may be in the minority here but I didn't think it was worth the wait. The staff was kind but the brioche sandwich wasn't anything to write home about. The waffle cone was very crispy so you don't have to worry about it getting soggy. I wish I could try the ice cream but it would take much longer and I'm sure they don't like giving out free product. I wanted the coffee drink with the ice cream inside but the cashier insisted the bread was the way to go. It wasn't fresh and it just didn't go. Anyhow, I'll try the gelato outside near Italy next time! It's clean inside and it's narrow, so beware of bringing strollers in.

Ordered a Croqué Glace with vanille and raspberry. It is in a brioche roll with a scoop of vanilla and a raspberry drizzle. Very good. Slightly melted and perfect!

My son had done a lot of research for where we should eat at Epcot and L'Artisan des Glaces was the top of the list. We had brioche buns with ice cream. I chose butter pecan ice cream with caramel in the brioche which is made by using something that looks like a waffle maker. We took ours to go and enjoyed them while waiting for the fireworks. I would recommend trying them. They were really unique and good.

Serviceable ice cream shop in Epcot. It didn't have our favorite flavors (pistachio & hazelnut) and there was a decent wait in line at 8:48pm. Ice cream was fine but nothing exceptional. Service was friendly.

L'Artisan des Glaces in Epcot is a delightful stop for ice cream lovers, especially those looking for a taste of authentic French flavors. The shop offers a variety of artisanal ice creams and sorbets, made with high-quality ingredients..

Great place for authentic French ice cream. I would try a couple samples and then go with the one that you love the best. The line can stand all the way down the block but it's worth the wait.

I came here to try the viral Croque Glacé which is a brioche bun ice cream sandwich. Overrated. I got the Cinnamon Caramelized Apple ice cream which was good but not spectacular. The brioche bun was not that good. I was expecting it to have a softer and buttery interior, but instead it was kind of dry and lacked flavor. I would have preferred just ordering the ice cream on its own, as the bun seemed like a waste of calories. Overall, the ice cream here is solid, but the Croque Glacé was a miss for me. They also don't let you sample any of the ice cream flavors which was kind of a bummer.

this is our go to place for a quick dessert when at Epcot it is by far the very best place for dessert and we have been coming here for seven years and we have yet to find anything else that matches what you can get here. It is a must stop Location.

Believe the hype Yelp! I was told to check out L'Artisan des Glaces in the France Pavilion and I'm glad I did. You know I had to try the croque glacé. It's a brioche bun packed with any flavor ice cream you want and then you can choose between chocolate, caramel, or raspberry sauce. I ordered it with the coconut white chocolate ice cream and caramel sauce. The warm brioche bun really makes it! It's really good. They make it fresh in front of you and add a hidden Mickey with the sauce you order. I had to go there twice - each time the line was not long at all. They also have a very efficient way to move the line along. It's a small place so the line can build up outside of the door. You order and pay at the cash register. Then you stand in a second line, give them your receipt, and order your ice cream. I highly recommend L'Artisan des Glaces if you are in the mood for some delicious ice cream while at Epcot!

L'Artisan des Glaces is located in the France section of Epcot and they serve ice cream, sorbet, and other pastries. There was a bit of a wait but the line moved pretty quickly. I got the croque glacé ($9.50) with vanilla and chocolate and it was delicious! I loved the warmness of the brioche bun and the coldness of the ice cream. The combination and difference in texture made it so addicting. This was recommended to me as a place to go and try the croque glacé and now I'm recommending you do the same.

    Mellissa B.

The line was long but went by fast and had very good line control that it would not be super crowded inside since it is small. The service was nice!! I got the mango passion fruit sorbet single scoop and it's a big enough single scoop. The menu says mango but they let me know it's mango passion fruit so it's more tarty than sweet. Definitely would come back on a hotter day!!

1 scoop of bueberry yogurt ice cream with macaron mickey ears!
    Rachel L.

SOOOOO delicious!!! I really enjoyed my cute lil Mickey Mouse ice cream with blueberry yogurt. However, I liked my bf's ice cream better. Now I'm not the biggest fan of mint (I don't hate it) but their mint chocolate chip is something else! It didn't taste artificial or overpowering. It was just PERFECT! Luckily, he didn't know that they give you HEAPING-sized scoops and got 2 scoops so I got to enjoy some of it too. Definitely give this place a try. If you see short lines then it's a good idea to go in because they can get busy. If you see a line out the door, not to worry as it moves fairly fast and definitely worth the wait.

From the moment we walked in and were personally greeted by the hostess who confirmed our special occasion celebration and food allergies, the service was impeccable. The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and truly enhanced our experience. They expertly described each course, including how to eat it, and were patient with our questions. We made a last minute early dinner week night reservation (you have to prepay for your meal including a 20% service fee) and were one of two couples for the majority of our three-hour 9+ course plus wine pairing experience. The restaurant itself is in the heart of Baldwin and the decor is modern, intimate, and clean. We began the meal with a special complimentary cocktail at the bar and then were seated in a huge, plush booth complete with pillows. The food was coursed at a great pace and it was nice to be able to watch the chefs plate the dishes. The music was of a wide variety and a perfect volume. The portions are small but packed with flavor and beautifully designed. There were minimal substitutions made due to my crustacean allergy and the Vietnamese dishes were all divine. I especially loved the main course with wagyu tartar, a donut, and broth that had been made over the course of several days and I will probably dream about for awhile. My other favorites were the foie gras appetizer and sweet yet savory cheese and strawberry dessert. We even received what I believe was a bonus almond and passion fruit dessert due to our celebration which was an awesome surprise. Throughout our meal we were served food and drinks by the same hostess who initially greeted us, the two chefs preparing the main courses, and the pastry chef. They were all equally wonderful to converse with and seemed genuinely happy to be there. While serving a dessert course, my dish tipped over right before the party chef set it down and he quickly went back and brought a fresh one to ensure my experience was nothing short of excellent. We were also provided warm hand towels for every dish with a hand component. Upon paying for our wine pairing and caviar and black truffle enhancements (which were originally presented to us in a special box), we were gifted personalized envelopes with a wax seal of the restaurant's signature logo enclosed with that evenings menu and a bottle of tea to go. Despite a 20% included gratuity, we appreciated the impeccable service and were genuinely thrilled to add additional tip. It was an incredible experience and I look forward to returning next quarter when they update 90% of their menu.

Truth be told, the only reason we…read morewere lucky enough to be there was because we had gotten tickets for free from a raffle we had won. Growing up we were always broke and I remember walking by this restaurant specifically and seeing the warm lighting, elegant decor and the happy diners conversing over glasses of wine and thinking to myself: "One day I'm gonna eat here". Fast forward to 2026 when everything has aligned itself in such a way that I was able to have lunch here. I was gonna do the prefix menu but after doing some math in my head I quickly realized that it was going to be less expensive to pick from the menu what I wanted. We asked about the George's Dubouef wine as we never heard of it before, and our waiters eyes twinkled in the candle light as he began to tell us à tale of a vineyard within the innermost depths of France whose grapes are only harvested in November and it's wine is distributed globally so that all can taste the wonder of France. I got goosebumps listening to this guys wondrous tale so we ordered a carafe for the table so we could try. I swirled it and sniffed it like I imagine the wine experts do before tasting, Now... Now... I'm no wine expert by any means but this was 3 stages away from being vinegar. It was bitter, pungent, and quite honestly; tasted cheap. The goat cheese salad however... ok stuff of dreams! The cheese was warm, the salad was crisp, refreshing, and fresh. Whatever olive oil that was used in the dressing was really good quality as well!! Fantastic salad! Just what I wanted after waiting an hour in the Florida sun waiting to go on the Ratatouille ride. Then I had the fruit de Mer pastry dish. 5 stars for that dish; truly. The lobster cream sauce was addictive. The seafood in the dish was perfectly cooked. I would absolutely order it again. My mom ordered the cordon blue and I tried some of it and honestly she makes a chicken cordon blue better. I think that was the sole reason why she ordered it actually, to see if it was better than the one she makes. The chicken was, I'm sorry to say, dry. Even the sauce couldn't mask it. It was also lacking that cordon blue flavor that makes it.. well, cordon blue. I would not recommend it. My friend's pork shank and lentils were great. You could shred it with a fork it was so tender. My brother wasn't really hungry so he got French onion soup and fries. He ate the soup and commented that it was super cheesy and they used legit gruyere cheese. Overall, an interesting ending to a dining experience that I had been anticipating for so many years. Service was outstanding. I'd go back sure, but I also feel like I've been there, done that, time to move on to something else.
