On August 27th I went into this establishment with full eyebrows that I hadn't gotten done in months. I recently moved to the area and upon searching for a place closer to me to get my eyebrows done I found this location. I read the reviews and they were pretty good so my expectations for my experience were pretty high especially once I walked in I thought I was going to in good hands since the reviews mentioned that K.K was the best and she's the one that did my eyebrows. I sat in her chair and I told her how I liked my eyebrows to have a nice arch. I also told her to go ahead and darken them for me too. Once she finished she handed me a mirror and at first I was OK with how they looked but once I got to Target and saw them in a better mirror with better lighting I couldn't believe how K.K ruined my eyebrows. Now I'm not one for confrontation and didn't want to leave a negative review and tried to do a charge back on my transaction to get my money back and unfortunately they need proof that my the services I received weren't to my expectations so here I am making this review as proof that K.K ruined my eyebrows and I should have never came here. Take a look at my eyebrows and you will see how uneven they are and not to mention hair removed where it shouldn't have been removed on top of my eyebrow. All I wanted was for them to be cleaned up with a arch and K.K did a horrible job that now I'm stuck waiting for my eyebrows to grow back which takes months. I paid close to $50 to get my eyebrows looking nice and instead they got ruined. I should have just taken the extra drive to my lady at the Inland center mall she has been doing my eyebrows for years but because I wanted to be seen somewhere local I went here and paid nearly triple of what I usually do only for the services not to be what they are worth. They have a sign that says eyebrows are sisters not twins and that right there should have been my first red flag to not go in this establishment. I seriously wish I could get my eyebrows back along with the money I spent there. I really do love the eyebrow threading , but honestly the facial waxing is terrible quality I have gotten it done 3 different times and their different locations every time my face breaks out and I just come to believe poor quality of wax or just low skilled waxer , they put a towel on my face after waxing without telling me they were going to do so. It's the end of the day after my wax and I have red lumps from their service. This never happens at European wax center for me. Threading is great . Facial waxing is hard pass . read more

So I just moved to riverside and looking for a salon to have my eyebrows thread. Luckily my husband saw this salon beside Starbucks. I looked for it here in Yelp and read the reviews. I saw that it's a nice place, just near our home and very affordable. It's my first time. And for me first time to try a service is very crucial. I went in before 5pm and luckily it's not busy. Reetu is very friendly and she did my eyebrows very nicely. I loved it. The salon is nice and clean. Definitely recommend the place and going back. read more

So I usually come here just to get my eyebrows threaded but today I decided to get a organic facial. Usually when you get a facial, it's supposed to be relaxing got to say this was quite the opposite the girl that did my facial had water running down my neck, the product she used was all over my hair,ears and back of my neck but I have gotten facial before & never had this happen & she didn't even rub my shoulders or upper chest what has been part of a facial I have got before (not this location) she kept coming in and out of the room the light was on in the room the entire time (bright as hell) I definitely will not be returning to do a facial and it was not cheap either. After the facial I told her I needed to get my eyebrows threaded & I have always paid $10 and she charged me $16 after the facial that I wasn't even happy with.....
